I hyper metabolized oxycodone due to concommittant use of Phenytoin...I took one 30mgs every hour! After stopping the other med, my dose dropped rapidly back to 6 a day which I started day one...One doc was gracious enough to take me in spite of what I told her so I humbly did my best to stick to the 4/day protocol. After a month or so I told her, "My God! Had I been doing 4/day all along I would have hung myself by now"! Welcome to the "former Walgreens Customer Club"! I wouldn't fill a prescription there if they were the last pharmacy on earth. I've been a club member for years. Walgreens Cumberland St.@ Morris Blvd Morristown, TN Woman manager(nametag martha) Over heard manager harassing a employee about being a slow worker when I was in a adjacent isle terribly that made the female employee come to tears. I felt so bad for the employee as I made eye contact and felt so bad for her. I left the store and went to shop at another Walgreens in the area. Walgreens just informed me that my and my sons adderall doesnt meet their requirements to fill after holding the scripts for a few days....also keep in mind i was paying out of pocket....and they just filled my fiances script....all the same script, mg, an same doctor! I am a pharmacist visiting in WPB, Fl. Attempted to fill Rx for Clopidogrel here at pharmacy on Palm Beach Lakes and Village. Too soon for insurance so I offered to pay for it. I know the pharmacy cost to be between $ 5-6. They asked $145. I assumed they gave the price for brand and checked again 10 minutes ago. No, that is for Clopidogrel I was told. How can that be? I think I'm done with Walgreens. Constant problems, from harassing employees, to incorrect information & a multitude of inconveniences!! I rarely ever write complaints, I don't have the time!! Tonight was the final straw.... I waited over TWO HOURS for no reason. Basically, at least down here in Florida, when you call to the store they may (WITHOUT INFORMING YOU), transfer your call to some remote call center. I am filing a complaint to one of the manager in your store in the name of Becky Jo. The store address 1208 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84404. This was happened around 6-7pm today 4/20/2016. This is how it goes. Ok so I went to the store for the deal of snicker crisper it say 2/$6. And then you'll get store reward of $3 for each bag. So seems like "FREE" yay! Spoke with a pharmacy tech at 6pm Monday night and was told my Rx was ready for pick up....the insurance wouldn't cover the medication but out of pocket cost was $6. I went in 24 hrs later to pick up that Rx and was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. 10 before they said there was an issue, I then proceeded to explain to them what was discussed the night before.....another 10 minutes before I got the Rx at the $6 cost. I was furious. I am now moving all my Rx's to another pharmacy NOT with Walgreens. And what was funny, while waiting... Read more

I had a similar service issue this afternoon. I take 50 mg sertraline daily for OCD, and anxiety. I had phoned in my refill through the automated machine (people cuts into profits). Prior to pick up, I received a text stating that the medication was ready. When I arrived at the darkened window (you can't see a person),I was DENIED my medication, although it is a non- controlled substance. They blamed my insurance company. What total incompetence.
