I have always used Walgreens , never again ! I dropped off my wedding video and was told to pick it up in 3 weeks . I went their on the date of my claim ticket and it was know where to be found. Instead I had several confused workers who had new clue what I was talking about and told me they were unable to help me. I called corporate . Just found out that Walgreens is going to become a 'Swiss' corporation in order to avoid taxes. Over the years they've become my go-to place -- like their generics & reward program BUT if they go ahead with this plan, I promise they'll never see me again AND I'll do everything I can to spread the word about this very anti-american company. Have driven all over Orlando to get my prescription filled because the store I have been going to for months arbitrarily decided not to carry my medication anymore. Drove to another location that is was out of my way to drop off and came back 6 hours later to pick up. Walgreen's went from being the best in film processing to being the worst! I used to always process my film there, even though it was kinda exspensive it was no problem. But now it's even more expensive, takes longer, the quality is worse and I don't get my negatives back. Instead, I just get a *** CD. Walgreens Management: Please do not hire people who have no customer service skills or incompetent ones. I asked an associate to help me locate an item and after waiting 30 minutes, come to find out that no one was helping me. I was picking up photos at Wallgreens last week and experienced an issue that should cause extreme concern. I am embarrassed and guilty that I did not stand up and defend the victim. complaints are you ask for a donation at the register every time i am in the store, also you allow panhandlers at the door every time I leave the store. The store in question is silver ton n.j. I am now taking my business to the cvs where they do not harass me. Walgreens @ 3808 E. Tropicana Ave., Las Vegas, NV. 89121. At this Walgreens that I've been using for over 3 yrs changed its Policy & holds your Pain Prescription(s) for 24 to 48 hrs every month. So it's a minimum of 29 days where the other Walgreens it's 28 days. It has become SO INCONVENIENT because I see my Pain Specialist on the same Weds every month. Any Walgreens I have ever been to is always short staffed, but the way the customers act is what kills me. For ONE, YOU are not the ONLY person that exists. I requested refill of a generic version of Lipitor and did not have drug coverage with my insurance. For a 3 month supply of 90 pills I was told to pay $400.
