I have been a customer at walgreens for eight years and as this new pain medications law for all hydrocodone medications has really made it difficult for me and thousands of customers to get our Pain medications as the drug enforcement Agency has made it ridiculous. But what I find even more annoying is that at least 50 percent of walgreens pharmacy employees are under trained and misinformed.... Read more

Last time I needed my adderall filled, I called to make sure they had it in. A lot of times, pharmacies are out and I have to drive all over Tampa in horrible traffic to find them...so I started calling ahead. Some *** in the pharmacy refused to tell me if they had them or not...said I had to come in. There is no such law or anything saying he has to do that..just being a rude, horrible... Read more

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful, as usual. However, paying for my prescriptions is soooooo annoying. Way too many questions and buttons to have to use on the pinpad. Then, making an impulse purchanse of some gum and magazines on the way out, I was again having to go through the never-ending process of checking out. The cards... Read more

Called and went to Walgreen's to get my asthma inhaler re-prescribed, was told they would fax my Doctor, this went on for 2 days. I was also told that the Walgreens had a plan to cut my bill from $50 to $15 per inhaler, and that he would call my doctor to get her to use this program for my inhaler prescription. I went to my doc on the 3rd day and was told no info had ever been passed to them from... Read more

Ok...here we go.... Been buying the hubby Walgreen's brand protein plus shakes for months now since he can't eat due to the wonderful side effects of chemo and radiation... Last night (10/26/2014) I go in to get more before the awesome sale ends... I get to the checkout and I am NOT allowed to buy the Strawberry ones! I asked the cashier who knows me quite well what's up? She replies with the... Read more

Walgreens in Huntsville, AL Jeff Road has denied medication refills on 2 occasions. Once for me and once for my husband. They informed me on both occasions I had to wait 2-5 days. The first was for klonopin and the other was for high blood pressure medication. I wanted to fill a prescription 3 days early because there was a death in the family and we were preparing to take our child to... Read more

Walgreens is inept or purposely telling people their insurance is not covering their meds they need to pay out of pocket. First time this happened to my Granddaughter I paid out of pocket. Finding out the Insurance did cover the meds returned to Walgreens. Told by a very short rude individual you need to discuss with your Insurance Co. I gave Walgreens the out of pocket payment NOT my... Read more
