I went to the Walgreens in Chula Vista, CA store #02623, and purchased three items that were on 'sale'. I did notice, and called it to the managers attention that the products were expired nearly two months ago, as could be many other products elsewhere in the store. The manager took them back, and did not offer a discount, or replace them with a later expiration date. No appreciation said/shown.... Read more

I BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR VERY LONG. I SEE ALOT CHANGES IN WALGREENS EMPLOYEE SITTING AROUND NOT HELPNG AS THEY SAY TEAM WORK. THERE IS NO TEAMWORK IN WALGREENS ANYMORE. THE CUSTOMER LINE BE LONG FROM THE FRONT DOOR ALMOST TO THE OFFICE DOOR. YOU NEED HELP THEY JUST SIT THERE EITHER ON THEIR PHONE OR SITTING IN THE OFFICE DOING WHAT NOTHING. I originally didn't notice the decrease because I was getting overtime hours but then the store manager suddenly without notice began giving me part-time hours even though he said he was going to keep me working 40 hours a week. Walgreens in Hallandale fl store #4402 cannot handle more than 1 prescription at time without screwing it up. Twice a month I have to spend 20 minutes on live chat to find out what is going on with my perscriptions. They really need to hire more English speaking techs (I use that loosely). Walgreens needs to stick to selling groceries. Add comment

I waited 45 minutes to get my flu shot. The computer wasn't working and the employee said "Your insurance is not contracted to pay for your flu shot and it will be $31. My insurance paid for it at CVS when I went there because Walgreen's computer could not assess any information. So, was Walgreen going to charge me for a flu shot for someone in an underdeveloped country and I was paying for it?... Read more

Go to pickup up prescription 95% of the time prescription was never filled for one reason or another. Latest Pharmacy says prescription not ordered b/c not due yet. Huh? They say prescription not covered b/c order not eligible till Dec..Huh? tey ask if there was a mail order on this prescription? NO. I ask when is the last time prescription was ordered, they check Aug 28th I say ok so what's up.... Read more

Went to Walgreen's to get prescription. Fill one of three. I am a cashier/Cust. Svc. Assoc., been @ W 1.5 yrs. Classified as "part-time," but have been working 38-40 hrs. a wk. for several months, received 3 raises so far.
