On line, I found a product at $15.99 and checked store availability near me at 10320 Main st. Fairfax, VA. When I checked out, it was priced at $19.95. Asked cashier and manager to verify the price when they told me that $15.99 was member price. I told them that I was a member, then they told me they would send $3.00 to membership card. I really think you (Walgreens) should do something with your customer service (Phones) and at this store. Today at 09:15 PM I called your customer service line, and I really hope your phone calls are recorded, because the person that answer the phone, should not represent your customer service at all, I will follow this until the latest consequences just to make sure that person does not work for Walgreens any more. I usually use the pharmacy at the Holly Springs Walgreens for prescription refills, and I wanted to check how many I had left quickly. I gave the pharmacy a call to find out, and they were quite rude. I found they were short with me, interrupted me twice when I was speaking, and hung up on me before the call was even done. First let me state that the pharmacist managers was very polite and tried to be helpful. He can only do what the company dictates. The problem is when Walgreens change manufacturers for their drugs the customer is not properly notified. The meds often if not always is a different color, shape, or size. I am a chronic pain patient. I see my board certified pain doctor monthly. My RX's include a raised seal, DEA #, AND my doctor includes a diagnosis on her RX form. Walgreen's told me that it would take 2 weeks to fill my RX because they had to call the Dr.'s office to verify that my doctor wrote the RX for me. My husband had surgery his abdomen was sliced open. Walgreens refused to fill the RX stating she didn't feel comfortable doing it even though we had a valid prescription proof of surgery paperwork just ridiculousWhat gives him the right to be a judge and tell me what We can or cannot take after his doctor had prescribed it

I am very upset about a script that I receive. When I took my prescription in, I specifically told the person taking it that I need 3 boxes of my fentanyl patch but that I have to have the MYLAN brand. I asked if he could see if they have enough for my order and he checked and said yes. NO MORE WALGREENS FOR ME. Went to pharmacy to pick up blood pressure medication and was FORCED to say ok to being called by phone. I will not have anyone or any place dictate what I have to do. Nor, do I need reminders or questioned about medication. I am disgusted and not taking prescription meds any more or will be finding another pharmacy that is not intrusive. I dropped off a prescription at 3:45pm and was told it would be ready in a hour so i went to pick it up and was told they had to contact the doctors office but they never did so i called my dr office and they told me no fax was sent so i spent the next 2 hours doing walgreens job and i had to call walgreens and my dr office to make sure the fax was sent and my dr told me they never got a fax and they would send the info walgreens needed so my...
