Store number 3581 pop pharmacist Christy or Kristy she wouldn't provide me with a last name or id number. She was extremely rude and also completely unhelpful for the 2nd time.

I pulled all my medication transfered to rite aid but Walgreens is closer. I have been treated so unprofessional that I drive 20 mins to get medicine in instead of using Walgreens 2 mins from my house. The pharmacist doesn't follow dea law that started August 28th 2023 the dea states a customer is allowed to transfer a unchanged prescription controlled substance 1 time between dea registered pharmacy to pharmacy without a doctor re submitting the prescription. The law was passed September 01 2023 and is effective August 28 2023.

Also the pharmacist has been condescending, rude and she has made statements about the type of medication I am prescribed and legally take multiple times. The pharmacist Christy or Kristy at store 3581 should have no opinion of people and medicine they are prescribed she shouldn't have a career that allows her to cause customers a stress and struggle based on her opinions of medicines Walgreens dispenses. She makes no sense and she has no right to judge customer's.

Someone needs to do something about her. I will go to a different pharmacy again Im not waiting a penny on a store that employees people like her.

A purchase a couple of gift cards at the Walgreens in Olive branch in June. One gift card activated a medically. The other 1 said 24 hour activation. I waited 24 hours. The card did not activate the Storer's policy. Has no refunds on gift cards or no exchanges. that in case there's a problem. Walgreens has $280 over a couple of months. Money this is going on for a while. I would like to get it resolved.

Collierville Walgreens at Byhalia and Poplar Horrible

I am a patient of yours and have been for several years, but I believe it is time for a change. I usually use the pharmacy at 824 West Poplar Avenue in Collierville, TN.

Kristen and the entire team used to be amazing. It seems that in the last 3 years, it has gone downhill. You are just hiring warm bodies and not dedicated employees.

The pharmacy is horrible and the employee's attitudes are downright horrible. I was waiting in line last Thursday 12/14 for at least 10 minutes while the employees were yelling, threatening, and arguing with one another.

The employee named Joshlynn ( or at least the name tag said) was in the corner talking about another employee. She kept saying "How she needs to quit being messy and stop talking when she doesn't know what the *** is going on". Then she started yelling at the male employee to keep his damn mouth shut because he smelt like liquor. You would think the pharmacist would step in since you had two but no.

The Asian pharmacist told the other one to go take a breather because she said she could not take it anymore. Again, I was waiting for a question to be answered by the pharmacist while all this was going on. So the said employee started screaming again how she needs a *** mental day because this place is horrible, and that she was going to kick the "white ho *** so she better watch herself. She kept walking past the registers and going to the corner with another short African-American girl talking about the employees.

I would hope that Walgreens is not tolerating bullying or workplace violate but it sure looked like it was because no one was doing anything about it.

I guess like Joshlynn ( name tag girl) said everyone better is scared of her *** *** I ended up waiting a total of 15 minutes at the front register and still no one came to answer my question. I even stopped the store personnel on the way out and told them to go into the pharmacy because they were arguing back there. His reply was "When are they not, we just ignore it because they aren't going to do anything. Well, do I need to remind you of the incident across the street at Kroger when an employee was being harrassed and treated poorly by management and the team members?

Yes, he came back and started a mass shooting. I sure hope something like this does not happen but I sure am going to save my correspondence to share with the media outlets when it does because I have a strong feeling nothing will be done about this incident.

I confirm my appointment with the Walgreens website online for 4 vaccinations (Covid, flu, pneumonia, and RSV), at my local Walgreens. My appt is at 3:40pm on 8/14/23.

3:15 pm I arrive (25 minutes early) and confirm my appt with the clerk. I am the only one there for vaccinations. The clerk then tells me they do not have the RSV vaccine! I ask why, if it was confirmed online and by email?

She does not know.

3:40 pm 25 minutes later, at my appt time, the clerk tells me I have a form to complete. She tells me it will come by email.

3:55 pm - The email has not arrived. I give her another email address to try and sends it to this second email address. It too never arrives.

4:00 pm She asks for my ID and insurance.

4:05 pm She finally prints out the form for me to complete.

She tells me I only need to enter the vaccines I am to receive and then sign and date. She doesnt notice that the form is in Spanish! (I don't read Spanish.) I complete the form as instructed. She returns it to me and tells me I must complete the entire form which is full of personal and medical questions.

I point out to her that the form is in Spanish and I dont read Spanish. I hand her the form and she goes to the back again.

4:20 pm She finally comes back and hands me the form again to complete!

This time it's in English.

At this point, I've been at this Walgreens for over an hour, and they are no closer to being ready to give me my vaccinations than when I arrived. (During this entire time, no one else has received a vaccination either!)

I've had enough, tell her so, and leave.

(I will never go to Walgreens for a prescription or a vaccination again if I can avoid it.)

As a fellow NYer, take my advice and never go to Walgreens. Tell everyone you know to keep away from there.

I dumped them and have zero regrets.

Don't go to Rite Aid, either. Walgreens owns those skunks, too.

Ordered protein powder online at Walgreens.com. Received 3 emails on order status, all showing the correct delivery address. The delivery service (Doordash) claimed the item was undeliverable and returned it to the store. After 60+ minutes on the phone, I was told that Doordash had the incorrect address, different from the one shown on the emails. Each party (Doordash, the Walgreens help number, and the Walgreens store) blamed the other party or "the computer system".

Could not get a refill and they sent ALL Rx to another company without permission. Just a terrible mess.David sent these as if I wanted them filled.

He knew I did not ask for this.. Actually shocking!!!I needed 1 RX filled because they did not have the drug. He sent 8 prescriptions to be filled just to be mean - why would he do this??He basically just sent my entire records to them. Very rude and made this just a very very bad situation.

Will never trust him again. I could not believe how he lied to me and not interested in helping a 30 year customer. Sad that he and others take customers for granted.

THIS all started from a drug that you were unable to refill and he did not want to deal with it. It was a blood thinner not a drug that was not important.

Walgreens Is Dangerous And A Bad Company To Deal With

Walgreens tried to rip me off with defective photos but I caught them and they were forced to pay back the money by my bank's credit card division which floated the money until I paid it back to them, which I would not do for that garbage they call photos which were blurry and cut off on all edges. Walgreens pharmacy also made a big mistake I caught before it could have become very dangerous.

Their prices are a joke, They have fake "sale" prices that are jacked-up a huge amount over the regular retail price; I think they are hoping you do not remember the legitimate lower price for the same item. Definitely compare prices at other stores, especially Walmart which are much better. Don't buy anything at Walgreens. The company also owns Rite Aid which is having several stores closing in my area because, like Walgreens, they make mistakes, have absurd pricing, and put their greedy profits above their customers.

Don't shop at Walgreens, or Rite Aid. Maybe they will finally go out of business. Look at all the complaints online about them, and the low ratings. Especially do not shop at Walgreens for Halloween or any other seasonal time because they are in full ripoff and cheating mode.

Look how there is less in the packages now plus the ridiculously high prices, a double-steal of their own customers! Walgreens is a horrible company. Avoid this creature, and Rite Aid too. Shut 'em down.

We can do it.

Let's all show them who's boss. Don't shop there!

If I could give Walgreens Zero stars here, I would. What a horrible company, a disgrace to the industry and embarrassment to retailing.

Pharmacy - dangerous! Makes mistakes that can harm your health. Happened to me, but I caught it in time. An apology was not sufficient.

Retail item prices are jacked-up in price sometimes by 30% or more, then have a fake "sale" price that is 10% off the jacked-up price. The regulators should get involved and fine/sue Walgreens. Management is totally terrible, very unintelligent, arrogant, and acts like they are above the law. I warn everyone not to shop at Walgreens.

Go to CVS, Target, Walmart and others, anywhere but Walgreens. Their ads also really suck.

Who thought up that ridiculous way to promote the company? Let me guess: unintelligent management, LOL!
