I am sorry that the orders did not arrive as expected -- however, there has been a misunderstanding. You are only factoring in the shipping time, which is half the equation.All Walgreens.com orders are subject to processing time and shipping time. These, combined, make up the total order arrival time. Processing time is 1 - 3 business days, while shipping time is 1 - 3 business days. This means your total time to receive your order will be 2 - 6 business days.

so 1-3 business day shipping is actually 2-6 business days.
