Walgreens in New York, New York - On June 24 2014 my brother was insulted by a lady and man that work in Reparto.

My Brother buys in the Reparto Wallgreens practically everyday. He shops for our father who is 93 years old for his needs plus his medicine. He has been living in the Reparto area for over 40 years and every time he walks into that store he is stared down and watched, and once told that he may have a gun . He is a not a crook- none of US are as we are good customers and should be well KNOWN by the entire staff at that store. One instant in the pass that was well documented a worker in that store was arrested for selling drugs. If anyone is doing anything to harm that store is isn't the customers. I will call the manager in the morning and inform him promptly. This is not the first time that he returns home to complain about the bad treatment that he recieves from the people that work there. It has been NUMEROUS times.

Why isn't your brother doing his own complaining? If the employees watch him while he is in the store, he has done something, at some time that aroused suspicion.

Was the employee selling drugs in the store, or was he outside or even not on the schedule at the time. How is this well docmented, and how do you know about it?

this is a common issue with walgreens. they like to play GOD and wont even bother to get on the phone.

hiding behind a low level employee to is terrible.

YES SEND THE NURSE TO TELL HIM HIS MOTHER JUST DIED. Being a pharmacist at walgreens means not following the pharmacy oath

Walgreens in Atlanta, Georgia - 3 trips to complete one order and thenovercharged.

This is one of several times I have received only a partial order even though I got a call saying my prescription was ready. This time I got 5 out of 90. A week I went back. Still on backorder. That had 60 in stock but I could not have those. But from nowhere I got 5 "FREE" pills to tide me over. Today I got then the "completed" order: 75, not 85. The bill was for the full 86. I was told they only gave me 75 since I had already received an advance of 10. 90-10= 75? So I have received 85 pills including 5 "FREE" ones. I have paid for 90. At $4 per pill plus $30 in millage plus $8 in whisky (to bring my blood pressure down), my costs re $75 The worst part was the lack of any hint that there was anything that could be done. Goodbye Walgreen

You feel that you might have rabies and need a "life saving" vaccine yet you don't want to go to the hospital??? What kind of sense does that make?

No, rabies shots for humans are not available at pharmacies, nor should you be walking about in public spreading rabies to others while you try to save a dollar or two. Go to the hospital!

Walgreens in Knightdale, North Carolina - Photo machines down in 2 Cary locations. Kildaire location has rude photo employee

Walgreens has an employee that "works" in the photo department at the Kildaire location in Cary, NC. This individual saw me coming to the photo department and kept walking toward the back of the store. I had to ask another employee for assistance and finally this person showed up with an attitude. I could hardly understand what he was saying as he was low energy and monotone. I told him I was unfamiliar with the use of the photo machine. He was reluctant to assist and walked away before I could get a handle on operating the equipment. I was finally able to complete the process but according to this unhappy employee I would have to wait until the next day to get my DVD's due to the machine being down. I called the photo department the next day and no one was answering in the photo department. After being rerouted to the front of the store, I was finally answered by the same rude employee who I could not understand over the phone due to his low voice energy and lack of enthusiasm. This employee poorly represents Walgreens and management needs to have a discussion with him on his bad attitude and to train him on some customer service proficiencies .

Walgreens in New York, New York - Bought "NICE!" brand shredded Mexican style cheese

I used a handful of the cheese in a tortilla for a quesadilla that I made. I bit into it after it had cooled and tasted that bitter, dirty socks smell in the cheese, as if it had been baking in the sun for a week and then refridgerated. I almost puked myself at work and went home sick. In the name of the Sweet Baby Jesus, stay away from that NICE! brand. It's NOT nice. It's a substandard product that has consistently been fouled by mold--even though the freshness date (as was the case with my cheese) was dated two months later!!!!!

Walgreens - Pharmacist Review from Salem, Oregon

Walgreens pharmacy in West Salem Oregon forgot to transfer a prescription I gave them the previous day. I agreed to come back later that eve to pick it up. I forgot until a few minutes after 10pm. I rushed to the pharmacy, got there at 10:22, someone was still at the pharmacy. I think a pharmacist. I explained that they had forgotten to get the transfer And that I needed to take this medication 13 hours before my treatment following morning. Pharmacist refused to help me. Said the til was already closed. Hard to believe he would not attempt to help when harm act mistake created situation

The pharmacy was closed. This isn't the fault of the pharmacist you had all day considering that most are open from 8am to 10pm on weekdays.

You are probably the type of customer that would have complained if he or she had given you the meds and walked up front with you or allowed you to walk up front by your self to pay for them. "I went to Walgreen's after the pharmacy closed and pharmacist was nice to let me get it up front.omfg I could have been robbed." You make me sick

You have to understand that if it is past the 10 registers are taken out of the pharmacy so there is no possible way they could have rung you up. The best option was to call a 24 h walgreens and pull it for u as long it wasn't a control

Walgreens in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Nothing

They are great and they have very polite employees, Great prices and a great places to shop. Sad that when people try to do there jobs, someone gets upset. Because there are guidelines to follow, because of druggies out there, that have ruined things for honest people, Just like writing a check crooks have ruined that for good people. But don't thrown the baby out with the bath water. People grow up quit wearing your feelings. Start acting and appreciate that there are rules and regulations to follow to protect people. It's is better to be really safe and cautious than sorry.

PS... I forgot something..

I said: "You either, have never tried filling a pain kill script or (say) Anti Anxiety med, more then once at Walgreens..." (I never fiished the you either..)

The other, "You either" is... your a Pharmacists that condones, judging others, & or Pharmacists that play Doctor..Or your a employee..

So which is it. Because I can't believe you only go to Walgreen's to, buy groceries

Well how about the honest people they treat like ***! Everyone bringing in a Scheduled script is a druggie?

You either, have never tried filling a pain kill script or (say) Anti Anxiety med, more then once at Walgreens.. We're not saying that, "A few Walgreen's harass" Patients, I'm saying... to date (06.23.14) every Walgreens I've used.. Have a Policy of Harassing Chronic Pain Patients, & or Patients who have to fill more then 1 Script for schedule Meds.

It's even become Policy written by Walgreens HQ.. As of this last fall when I dumped my last Walgreen's. They like to Play Doctor, with their Pharmacist license, & its wrong.. I'm actually thinking of starting a Boycott of Walgreen's Pharmacy's..

Thats when they'll change their ways... But not before they loose profits.

I'll be putting my Webmaster skills to work on trying to take down a Conglomerate, & why not Walgreens.. At least thats something I can use to fight back dirty business practices...

Walgreens in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts - Rude

Walgreen Yarmouth. Sue is so rude and makes you feel on the defensive every time I go to refill a prescription . Marty and Paul are great and go out of their way to be helpful. I try to get there when they are on but sometimes that's not always possible. I'm thinking of switching to the mashpee store but the traffic is horrible this time of year. I went to refill my prescription for methylphenidate which I've been on for over 20 years and she is the only one that says I need pre authoroization,so I call my insurance and doctor being late for work, And they both say they have no idea what the problem is!! I've worked at cape cod hospital in the lab for over 30 years and have never had problems like this

Sue is not a rude person at all she is a very hard worker and is exceptional in her job if pre authorized is a issue with your medicine then it is from your insurance company not her she goes by what she sees on the screen and she is a very caring person so before u sit there and judge how many times have you had to deal with authorization and paper work and please don't tell me your 100 percent accurate everyone makes mistakes
