Walgreens in Fort Worth, Texas - Walgreen pharmacists advise to never use Walgreen anymore.

I get 9 different medications/ refills at Walgreens for my Family. My doctor called in a refills to Walmart by accident. I learned at Walmart that my RX was called in as a 90 day supply ( my Dr always writes my long term meds as 90 days) at Walgreens even thought the script is for 90 days they tell me and always have that I can only get 30 days at a time but Walmart had all 90 days ready for me. I went to Walgreens afterwards to pick up the remaining of my refills where I ask the pharmacist why was I able to get my 90 days at Walmart but at Walgreen I can only get 30 each month of my 90 day and a copay each time. His response was " you are more than welcome to have all your refill do there in fact they can call us and transfer them over tonight " I thought man Walgreen must be the giant of pharmacies to turn down 900.00 dollars a month just because he didn't like the question I ask.

I would take my RX to Walgreen all the time out of habit. My Doctor started writing my long term prescriptions for 90 days with 4 refills which would get thru 1 year.

I took it to Walgreens still out of habit and they would only fill a 30 day supply at a time with 4 refills so now it would only last 6 months.

I was told ( by Walgreens ) that it's the insurance company's policy and not Walgreens policy that I could only get a 30 day supply with my 90 day RX. I saw this posting about Walgreens vs Walmart so when I got my refill from the Doctors office I took it to Walmart and walk out with my 90 day supply and one copay with no problems at all!!!

Shame on you Walgreens for taking those extra copay from us....

It's because of you insurance. Walgreens actually makes more money by filling 90 day prescription so the only reason it would be marked for 30 is because your insurance will only allow 30.

They may prefer walmart or another pharmacy.

That's how it works. The other reason may be that walmart didn'thave uUr insurance but they over like $4 generics so it would have been cheaper to fill it for 90 without Ur insurance.

not suprised. the pharmacist will be paid with our without your prescriptions. corporate will see a decline and have no clue that the pharmacist is personally telling customers to go elseware!!

My original visit was on 5/5/14 around 9:30 pm to drop off a prescription for IV fluids for my cat. I brought in the prescription from my vet, along with the NDC numbers of ones that I knew were in DEHP-free bags. The young lady typed in a bunch of things and said...

Technicians are 9bly humans, but the issue is that walgreens expects them to be computers taking multiple tasks at once. Yes you would think that people's lives are important but corporate thinks that 1 person can do a job that really should be for 4 people. Customers do notunderstand the stress oof atechnician and tthe fact that corporate does not pay or give enough help for them to do their job properly.

Walgreens - Pharmacist Review from Jackson, Mississippi

I just had the worst experience ever! Last week my doc wrote me a new Rx I took it to the Walgreens in Brandon, Ms and only had one of the meds filled on the new Rx that day. I called today to have another one of the meds filled on that Rx and was told it would be ready in 1hr about 30mins later I get a automated call that said that med could not be filled. I called the store to find out why and was accendently hung up on by their staff so I called back and was transferred to the pharmacist who was a complete *** he told I had already had meds filled and it was to early. He went on to say he was not going to argue with me and was not going to fill meds. I have been a loyal walgreens customer for years and over the last serval months I've had problems with this store. Either they are out of a Rx or their records are messed up with my meds. I'm done for good with walgreens!!!

Waited in line 15 minutes on my lunch half hour hoping to fill an emergency Rx before returning to the dentist again late afternoon. No they said can't fill before another 25 minutes I'd have to wait. You're not helping customers. Close the portland Lloyd center...

Obviously if you waited 15 minutes in line then they were backed up. The fact they even told u 25 mins was generous.

Typically once any medication has left the pharmacy they will not take it back. It has nothing to do with any situational mix-up but on the general principle that they cannot guarantee it's safety to be dispensed to another person.

When you pick up drugs would you want it to have previously been in someone else's possession outside of the pharmacy?

Probably not. It sounds like you realized the mistake pretty quick which is probably the only reason they took it back.

Walgreens in San Jose, California - The worst customer service experience, multiple times!

On multiple occasions, terrible lead management of every departmwnt, do it seams: Pharmacy, agm, coward general managers. But that's how corporate works; neverhiring someone that ccould infuriate someone of hire job holdingpower. A customer should not be screamed at, across the store, by an employee for doing nothing wrong to their understanding and forced out of the store for Un wanted business. Thus being done at multiple occupations in the last couple of years at different locations. I have officially cancelled all marketing material and rewards as well pharmaceutical information in their systems from them. Absolutely uncalled for; i would never hire such an employee of my 8 years of retail corporate management!

did you ever wonder how much money they took from these employees were they making 25.00 dollars an hour and had it reduced to 20.00 dollars an hour(by changing a title) and then again reduced to 15.00 dollars an hour(by changing the title again) it creates very angry workers. not that is the customers fault at all but this company could care less about the customers satisfaction!

@Hellhathnofury! Ever hear this sound?

Waaaaaaaaahhhhh! You're blaming Walgreens for dumping your prescription meds, and blaming them for your dislocated shoulder? You play heavy medal drums and Walgreens is to blame for your dislocated shoulder. Hey genius.

First of all, we don't care if your autistic, artistic, or altruistic. You came on her seeking sympathy and you're not going to get any here. Second of all, your drum playing is what's causing your shoulder pain. Finally, why would you expect Walgreens to pay your hotel bill when you are the one that chose to stay there?

Who is the i d i o t that sat there for six weeks waiting to get a response from Walgreens? YOU!!! BTW, ALPRAZOLAM IS XANAX!!! It doesn't take the knots out of your shoulder, nor prevent another dislocation.

GO SCAM SOMEONE ELSE!

You have no case Mr. low functioning humanoid.
