the call was to tell you that your rx was not ready and that there was a problem filling. listen to the **** message before you hang up the phone.

walgreens really doesn't care what they do wrong to the customer. employees are overworked, underpaid, unskilled, they have been taking money from employees for years.

You have been doing the same job for 10 years well you can now do it for 5.00 dollars less an hour. WHY??

BECAUSE Joe will take the job for 7.00 dollars less an hour.

@Anonymous

I disagree that we are all "unskilled". I may be overworked and underpaid but you better believe that I will go above and beyond to make my customers at my Walgreens happy.

"UNSKILLED" to move on. Because that is what WALGREENS wants employees to do MOVEON so they can pay JOE THE 7.00 DOLLARS AN HOUR LESS TO DO YOUR JOB!!!

few and far between are the happy employee that goes above and beyond for the customer but glad to hear some are still at walgreens!!

So WHY ARE YOU ON PISSEDCONSUMER??????? SEEMS STRANGE??

Walgreens in Las Vegas, Nevada - Ridiculous charge for 6 copies of one photo

Went to Walgreens to get a couple of passport pictures - 2 for $11.99. Expensive, but not outrageous. I asked for 4 additional copies for visa applications and was told no problem. Well, Big problem. The charge for 4 additional copies is 24 dollars. This, according to Walgreens employee is "corporate policy". I was not informed the price would be so huge. I know that I didn't expect it and I doubt any customer would. At a minimum, if they are going to charge such ridiculous amounts for 4 copies they should inform the customer before hand. If this is reflective of their other pricing schemes - well you know why I won't shop there anymore.

It should seem like people should have the common sense to assume that if one set costs $12.99 than you should multiply x2 for additional sets. Are you really complaining about your mistakes? Smh.

If the first two pictures were $11.99, and you wanted 4 more,

2 x 11.99 = 23.98. Simple math, not a employee issue thinking the customer

can add

but a customer issue in not using common sense.

another unhappy customers WHY? becasue they are terrible.

WORKING at this company is terrible corporate can decide after working for them for years you NEED A PAY CUT??? why? becasue they can hire others to do your job for less.

Over and over again they want you to take PAY CUTS??

hate to be the one who has to say this but you said 2 for $11.99, so an additional 4 even at 2 for $11.99 would be 23.98 (let's just call that $24). You could have always asked the price before you got them.

I called to see if I could get a flu shot and was told yes. I went in and saw a sign telling me to sign in at the computer kiosk. I did this and sat for nearly a half hour. Shortly after I signed in, a nurse came out of the "Healthcare Clinic" (confusing name because...

WALGREEN has terrible customer service skills. Employees seem to be the lowest of possible picks.

I believe they take some sort of test to get hired. Must be are you a complete *** (you got the job)

Walgreens in Seattle, Washington - Rude and not helpful

Called the night before asking if they were a PPO provider for a flu shot. They said they were, went in the next morning and gave them my info and said I would have to pay for the shot ($49) and than I would have to submit it myself to insurance, relayed that wasn't the case so they called my insurance. Thirty min later (mind you three employees no other customers) they said nope wont cover it. After calling myself and relaying the rudeness from the tech to insurance they are NOT a PPO and didn't get any apology or anything, they were very rude! Frickin know who you are a PPO with or at least admit when your wrong.

All preventive care is free according to the new healthcare law. This qualifies as preventive.Walgreens just hires uneducated people and if i were you i would just get the shot from your doctor at least hopefully you can trust your doctor more.I would never trust a pharamacist with shots. They really are not trained to give shots at all.

As for the photo not being in their own department,

Front cashier has their duties in their small section, Cosmetics cashier as their duties in their small section, and then photo's duties are with the rest of the store. This is why photo is out and about in the store all the time.

And no, it's not as simple as hiring more people. I would love if it was that simple, so much love if it could happen.

Nonetheless, it is unfortunate that no one stopped to see if you required assistance as they are going by you. One of the customer service things we are asked to do is ask how customer's are doing or how we can help them as we see them close by us.
