Walgreens in Seattle, Washington - Rude and not helpful

Called the night before asking if they were a PPO provider for a flu shot. They said they were, went in the next morning and gave them my info and said I would have to pay for the shot ($49) and than I would have to submit it myself to insurance, relayed that wasn't the case so they called my insurance. Thirty min later (mind you three employees no other customers) they said nope wont cover it. After calling myself and relaying the rudeness from the tech to insurance they are NOT a PPO and didn't get any apology or anything, they were very rude! Frickin know who you are a PPO with or at least admit when your wrong.

All preventive care is free according to the new healthcare law. This qualifies as preventive.Walgreens just hires uneducated people and if i were you i would just get the shot from your doctor at least hopefully you can trust your doctor more.I would never trust a pharamacist with shots. They really are not trained to give shots at all.

I had ordered calendar online to on 10th was given confirmation to pick up at 11:14pm. I arrived at the store next morning on 11th at 8:50am, had to ask front cashier for help. She called someone to come and help. Man came to help and was interrupted by Walgreen’s...

As for the photo not being in their own department,

Front cashier has their duties in their small section, Cosmetics cashier as their duties in their small section, and then photo's duties are with the rest of the store. This is why photo is out and about in the store all the time.

And no, it's not as simple as hiring more people. I would love if it was that simple, so much love if it could happen.

Nonetheless, it is unfortunate that no one stopped to see if you required assistance as they are going by you. One of the customer service things we are asked to do is ask how customer's are doing or how we can help them as we see them close by us.

On Jan 10, I went to my local Walgreens store to buy vitamins on sale and their ad touted "Buy One Get One Free". I picked the right item as displayed in the ad and the exact vitamin as described in the circular. However, the item did not scan as buy one, get one. This...

This exclusive brain-dead idea of theirs, just cost them a customer. Who ever invented these rewards cards, should be tarred, feathered and dragged behind a pickup truck. I'm out three bucks, because I refuse to play their *** game. I will gladly shop elsewhere,...

Really?? Chill out dude.

The rewards card is free. Just take a *** card, stick it in your purse or throw it out for Pete's sake!

Or don't shop at Walgreens. No need to get all Suzy drama about it.

go to a local phrmacist he will call your doctor or call walgreens No issues for you. also your dr office (staff) can reissue the scripts anywhere you want (you have already gotten approval from the dr for the scripts) just call the dr office and ask for new scripts tell them you are having nothing but issues from your current pharmacy and need to switch and they are not halping you.

You might want to die, but there isn't any such word as "wanna." I am 73 years old and my spine has been full of arthritis for about 35 years, plus I have diabetic neuropathy, two bad shoulders and a bad knee and I don't take any pain medication because I have seen too many people on pain medication that don't act like themselves. I taught myself to do self hypnosis and that does work, sometimes I have to take an over the counter pain medication.

When I told my doctor I didn't want pain medication she agreed with me, because of all the other medications I am on.

Talk about malpractice, how about the number of times that pharmacists save patients because doctors have written medications that have fatal interactions with each other for one patient? Not to mention the hundreds of pill mill oxycontin scripts that pharmacists turn away when the doctors should have never written them in the first place.
