We are a legal clinic that is doing everything by the book and Walgreens won't honor my script. My medical assistance always pull the pharmacy report before i see them to see what type of medication they been on. Well when i look at what the other doctors be giving...

Well, we will take this one point by point.

1.) If you work in Legal Clinic then why would you think that you can write prescriptions. Unless I am reading this incorrectly and you are not stating that you are working in a Legal (Law) Clinic but rather an authorized Medical Clinic. In which case, the Staff Doctor should be the only one prescribing medications.

2.)They are Medical Assistant's not "assitance"

3.)Why and how could they be pulling the Pharmacy Reports. Could they possibly be pulling the Medical Records?

4.)When using "I" in the first person it is always capitalized. This has happened multiple times throughout your B.S. diatribe so I will just refer to them all in this one point response.

5.)Your grammar is just flat out atrocious. When you state that "it don't add up" you really should be saying that "it doesn't add up"

6.)If it doesn't make sense to you, then perhaps you should be consulting with doctors in the clinic who wrote the previous prescriptions to find out why they prescribed something different.

7.)You only have one "patient"? Or do you have multiple "Patients" but you just don't understand about making a word into a plural.

8.)Pharmacists ARE doctors. They are Doctors Of Pharmaceutical Medicine. They have been through 8 years of schooling to get to where they are. They have gone through Clinical Rotations. They have passed a Board Of Pharmacy examination to get their Licenses.

9.) The Pharmacists know and can understand what kind of pain the patients "ARE" in (not be in) by the medication and the dosage.

10.) The Pharmacists are not judging people, they are practicing their profession as they were trained. This training includes knowing how and when to spot a prescription written by someone unauthorized and/or unlicensed.

I can't count the number of times that this company gave me not enough of my medication. Its not a big deal for some meds but these are NARCOTICS I need these for pain.

I always have to sit there and count them before I leave the store. I have to call them sometimes and have them count their stock so I can get the right ammount.

And I called today to tell them my doctor is going to approve my meds to be picked up sunday instead of monday he told me he was going to and I asked him how I go about doing that and he says ohh it early it early he probably no do for you I don't think he do for you. and I said can I have someone that speaks english.

On February 17, 2011 went to walgreens at 10:20 PM. Store hours are posted open until midnight. All lights were on in and outside the store. Stand alone pharmacy signs were out front. Highway lights were on. Doors were locked. A group of about 15 people gathered out...

first of all why are you still upset about this 2 years later? we are now in 2013, geez let it go.

I guess it would have saved you a lot of time and aggravation if you spend 2 years letting it upset you. Maybe they'll be considerate enough to leave a "Gone Fishing" sign on the door next time. You didn't no more care about if they were o.k.

you just wanted your cigs and candy bar at 10 o'clock at night. Get over it already.

depending on what the medication was at the time, even tho its a seizure medication, the meds are often taken inappropriately for recreational purposes. the color of your skin has nothing to do with what happened to you. blame the insurance company/ pharmacy since you wasn't informed that there is a "fill by date" and "expiration date" on the medication label.

I was hoping that someone could advise me of my options, if any. I have a Dx of Psoriatic Arthritis. I was on Humira for 6 months prior to 2013. At the start of this year, my insurance changed their acceptance for a co pay assistance plan called Humira Protection...

My husband and I both suffer from chronic pain in various parts of our bodies. Took Tramadol with no problem until the Georgia law changed it to a scheduled drug.

Now we are looked upon as drug addicts and have been flagged in the CVS system because of a pharmacists "judgment" regardless of what my medical condition is. I'm trying to understand why I even go to a doctor if they have the privilege of deciding whether or not to fill it.

Thank you so much for this website and your candid stories in dealing with the pharmacy. I have been a very loyal customer in at my local Walgreen's for too many years to count.

I even get my flu shots and other OTC vitamins, cold meds, and other products at my local Walgreen's. I am and have been on several prescription meds for years that must have totaled a small fortune for my local Walgreen's pharmacy. Since about a year or so ago, whenever I call the pharmacy to check prescriptions or have any questions they always manage to make my blood pressure rise, make me a nervous wreck, and /or cause me to start bawling after I hang up the phone. :cry

The pharmacy manager is wonderful but is not there all of the time.

I have personally called headquarters a few years ago to let them know how professional, knowledgeable, and courteous the manager is toward the customers and is an asset to their company.

I have complained recently about some issues with the rest of the staff to the store manager and to headquarters. If I had not found this site, I would have thought I had some type of a "black mark" on my name in the pharmacy computer! I began to think it was only me with whom they had some type of issue.

This site confirms to me that my idea of switching to another pharmacy might be the right idea after all!

Gosh, I can't thank everyone here enough.

After all, the reason why we are all visiting the pharmacy to begin with is because of our heath.

God bless each of you I truly hope each of us finds a pharmacy who truly cares for its customers.

Actually, I call *** on this. As a pharmacy tech, I can tell you right now that NO pharmacist will put their name on a script that is NOT theirs.

Not only is that a felony, it is fraud. Second, pills are counted by 5's.

There is absolutely NO WAY someone will miscount 60 for 30. NO WAY IN ***.

Walgreens in Bellevue, Washington - Customer Service

I have been put on hold for over 1/2 hour a number of times at the pharmacy. I went to pick up a prescription and got home and found they only filled half of it. I call, I am put on hold forever. I am then treated as if I cannot read, I am then hung up on after spending 1/2 hour on hold. You stand in line forever. They then want you to bring the prescription back and stand in line some more. I am tired of the way Walgreens treats it's customers. Especially the pharmacy. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I will be posting on facebook and other sited about this store.

@Anonymous

Because I have several prescriptions!!! If it was just this one, I would.

What a *** answer to a person who has been a customer for many years and has put up with this problem with this one prescription for the 3rd time. Obviously from where you are from, you sound like the *** *** DC produces.

Grow the *** up and think before you post.
