When you get that lawyer who will sue for bad customer service let me know their #. I'll be rolling in it.

Let's see...Wal-mart will be first on my list (t-shirt in front of $2 sign and they didn't sell it to me for that price), then I'm going for CVS (went to get sudafed and they tried to talk me into something else so they won't have to go thru the ID thing) Bed Bath and Beyond (double rang a coffee cup so I paid for it twice) Exxon (sold me 2 packs of cigs and I only asked for 1) Food Lion (sold me milk that expired that same day) I'm sure I can think of others, we'll be rolling in it! Never have to work again!

Walgreens in Saint Petersburg, Florida - Stop filling my prescription after 10 years.

I have been going to the same Walgreens for 18 years now. I have been taking pain medicine for 10 years now due to chronic pain. I have X-rays and doctor proof. We got new pharmacist just recently and I went in there the other day to fill my script as I due every month. The new pharmacist said they had what I needed and Monday they had to call my doctor due to new rules with Walgreens. So they called me Monday and some lady I don't know she was a floater that day said that Walgreens had decided to stop giving me this medicine anymore.after getting it from them for 10 years. No explanation or anything. They know how bad it is just to not have pain medicine anymore and how dangerous it can be. She needs to be fired from being a pharmacist.

What drug? Pharmacists go to school like doctors do to become pharmacists.

You don't just walk in off the street and get hired. Every pharmacist is required by law to deny any script they feel is being used in any way other than intended.

It is the pharmacist license ans their jail sentence at risk. NONE will risk either for your little bit of money.

Walgreens in Amarillo, Texas - Lieing about perscriptions. and mis filling others

Update by user Mar 06, 2013

Well after submitting a online complaint receive a email that would be contacted and all matter would be resolved. That was the last I heard from Wal-greens.

No letter saying sorry for bad service nothing. It has been about a month now.

and have changed to CVS and have not had any problems even can joke around with Pharmacist. so going to stick to telling all my friends to don't go to Wal-greens

This Pharmacy does not fill prescriptions correct amount of pills for my mom did not match label. have called 3 times to see when another one was ready and every time have gotten a different story. when I have spoke to the pharmacist him self he is very rude and short with customers. Pharmacist told us the date it would be ready this is 3 times of calling and called on the date would be ready. then informed me that there was no refill after 4 time of calling.when previous 3 times there was. In my honest opinion seems like pills are coming up missing. the Dr. we were using said that the pharmacy was incorrect and that the was a refill there. as of now still NO medicine. and Dr. advised us to change Pharmacy's to assure to get prescription. So never again will I use this pharmacy. I think they need better education or more drug test for employees. Have now changed to CVS say will get medicine in the morning. due to today being a Sunday :(

Complaint on walgreens in bogalusa la

my wife had her prescription called in at this store, gave her the wrong medicine. today i tried to call my prescription in. 8 different times. about 40 minutes of my time wasted. the recording kept telling me it didnt recognize my prescription. after trying and trying, i finally got to speak to a human. he punched the prescription in and it was recognized.this is almost everytime i try to deal with this store. i am trying to find anther drug store. very poor customer care. walgreens needs to check thier service in thier store at bogalusa. we just moved here from tennessee, no comparison in stores. if they need to hire some more employees, i know in bogalusa, there is plenty of people who need a job.

Well, I am calling a HUGE B.S. on this one.

Why the *** wouldn't you check your daughter's medications beforehand? And, yes, they are required to file reports if an situation like this occurs. Several reports as a matter of fact.

And NO Pharmacist, Store Manger, District Office, Regional Office, Corporate Office, or anyone in between is going to shrug it off and say "oh well it doesn't matter cuz she isn't dead". You are so full of it.

If you care about your freedom and rights as a consumer, do not patronize the University Blvd Takoma Park branch of Walgreens. That store has a policy of asking customers to check in all kinds of bags at the front. However, they do not ask ALL customers. I used to...

I am unhappy with Walgreens' policy of asking for backpacks. I am a senior and My backpack is also my purse and I don't intend to give up my valuables to a perfect stranger/clerk at Walgreens.

I was caught by surprise when asked for my backpack! What!! I plan to stop going there and so will the hundreds of dollars a month they made on my prescription drugs each month. Fortunately there are other normal pharmacies in the Seattle area with "normal" policies on backpacks.

I understand it's private property, but it feels like harassment. Walgreens has security cameras all over the place, along with their employees following you around like everyone who walks in there is intent on stealing from them??

Hostile environment folks! I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

The service is very poor. The photographer printed the worst pic for my little boy.

I'm wondering if I can go back and ask them to print the better pic. I did the pics today

Walgreens in Marble Falls, Texas - Insufficient inventory to fulfill demand for sale items

For 3 weeks in a row, I went into Walgreens the day after the sale began and they were out of the item on sale and on the 3rd week, I spoke with a manager. She admitted they don't get enough of the "sale" items for everyone and you have to get there on the first day (items are advertised for all week). Basically, tough luck and we don't care. No rain check because it was a buy one/get rebate item. This is a consistent problem with Walgreens--advertising items cheaply and not being able to deliver!! And of course, if you do find it on the shelf you have to give them your personal information to get a Loyalty card to get the good price!

Tough luck, I don't care. It's not as if the managers oversee the direct transfer from our distribution center to our stores.

The fact that those sale items are being advertised nationwide is an impossible feat to accomplish at every store in every region. We try our best and we work with what we get.

I mean seriously - our stores are small and we 'might' get a shipment every week. Just sounds like you would prefer to *** than to have an ounce of understanding.

Walgreens - Recent T.V. Commerical shown on 24th of January

I every photo of the twins, the children were placed into equipment so they were confined to be in a semi-conscious state. They were in swings hanging from the ceiling etc. Relook at the footage. There was very little respect for the children. At the end of the ad it says that you want to insure healthy and safe places for children. Infact it seems you want to model children being confined and placed into equipment not able to move freely. Please remove and remake. All children have the right to move freely and do what they are capable to do when they are ready. Please check out rie.org and pikler.org as ways to respect young child and their natural gross motor and development..
