My granddaughter had the flu and along with her prescribed meds she was accidentally also given 120 tablets of 50mg Tramadol, (a pain killer). Had we not caught it she would have never woke up. The pharmacist tried to cover it up and after filing a complaint with...

Well, I am calling a HUGE B.S. on this one.

Why the *** wouldn't you check your daughter's medications beforehand? And, yes, they are required to file reports if an situation like this occurs. Several reports as a matter of fact.

And NO Pharmacist, Store Manger, District Office, Regional Office, Corporate Office, or anyone in between is going to shrug it off and say "oh well it doesn't matter cuz she isn't dead". You are so full of it.

If you care about your freedom and rights as a consumer, do not patronize the University Blvd Takoma Park branch of Walgreens. That store has a policy of asking customers to check in all kinds of bags at the front. However, they do not ask ALL customers. I used to...

I am unhappy with Walgreens' policy of asking for backpacks. I am a senior and My backpack is also my purse and I don't intend to give up my valuables to a perfect stranger/clerk at Walgreens.

I was caught by surprise when asked for my backpack! What!! I plan to stop going there and so will the hundreds of dollars a month they made on my prescription drugs each month. Fortunately there are other normal pharmacies in the Seattle area with "normal" policies on backpacks.

I understand it's private property, but it feels like harassment. Walgreens has security cameras all over the place, along with their employees following you around like everyone who walks in there is intent on stealing from them??

Hostile environment folks! I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

I needed 2 passport photos for my daughter, but I also need about 10 more copies for other papers. The guy took the photo, charge me 10.99 for the first 2. And guess what, he charge 10.99 for each 2 other photos that he printed for me, even though he just took the...

The service is very poor. The photographer printed the worst pic for my little boy.

I'm wondering if I can go back and ask them to print the better pic. I did the pics today

Walgreens in Marble Falls, Texas - Insufficient inventory to fulfill demand for sale items

For 3 weeks in a row, I went into Walgreens the day after the sale began and they were out of the item on sale and on the 3rd week, I spoke with a manager. She admitted they don't get enough of the "sale" items for everyone and you have to get there on the first day (items are advertised for all week). Basically, tough luck and we don't care. No rain check because it was a buy one/get rebate item. This is a consistent problem with Walgreens--advertising items cheaply and not being able to deliver!! And of course, if you do find it on the shelf you have to give them your personal information to get a Loyalty card to get the good price!

Tough luck, I don't care. It's not as if the managers oversee the direct transfer from our distribution center to our stores.

The fact that those sale items are being advertised nationwide is an impossible feat to accomplish at every store in every region. We try our best and we work with what we get.

I mean seriously - our stores are small and we 'might' get a shipment every week. Just sounds like you would prefer to *** than to have an ounce of understanding.

Walgreens - Recent T.V. Commerical shown on 24th of January

I every photo of the twins, the children were placed into equipment so they were confined to be in a semi-conscious state. They were in swings hanging from the ceiling etc. Relook at the footage. There was very little respect for the children. At the end of the ad it says that you want to insure healthy and safe places for children. Infact it seems you want to model children being confined and placed into equipment not able to move freely. Please remove and remake. All children have the right to move freely and do what they are capable to do when they are ready. Please check out rie.org and pikler.org as ways to respect young child and their natural gross motor and development..

Walgreens in Chicago, Illinois - Awful service

I ordered my order for a photo-personalized travel coffee mug in late November, for shipment on or before December 23. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my dad. But it didn't arrive until FEBRUARY! February! Very poor service. I have bought lots of things from Walgreens in the past and am very disappointed with the service now. In the past there was pretty good service and I was very happy with it, so I'm very surprised that this happened. I hope that if I ever need service from Walgreens again, they will be able to regain my trust by impressing me with their service.

Walgreens in West Plains, Missouri - Mrs. Rachel Leuckel

I dropped off script to Mt.View on1/15/13, they say fill it on the 20th. called them 1/18/13 and they say closed on 1/20/13. went and picked up hardcopy from them 1/19/13, on hardcopy was handwriting indicating to fill it on 1/20/13. writing of ? in Mt. View RX, kind of loopy and hard to read. Next day went to Poplar Bluff,[ KC ***]RX would not fill it due to handwriting on hardcopy, I took it to kroger, wal-mart and they would fill it, but I did not bring ID with me. So on to Dexter, same story, next on to Sikeston where they did fill the prescription, laughing as I told the events as they had happened....3 other stores between first Walgreen and last one had all offered to fill this script only they were a few pills short of enough... my complaint is to change 1 thing, do not write anything on hardcopy from Dr., attach a note, staple it, stick it..... this experience only cost me time travel, embarrassment, 3-4 hrs. one way. But I have seen this same thing as it happens to somebody else.

CVS allows everyone to get the Sale Price without using your card.

The cashier has a card to use for that purpose.

What is wrong with Walgreens???

I have left items on the counter because they wanted me to sign up for a card in order to get the sale price.

The cashier is Not allowed to give you the sale price without it.

You have to find another customer with a card who will let you use theirs.

This is patently absurd...

I have stopped going to walgreens for this reason.

Why would I shop there when CVS is right next door and will always give you the sale price anytime with no hassle.

Guess CVS will soon be buying up all the Walgreens stores at their Out-of-business Sale.
