HATE!! HATE!! HATE!! WALGREENS

Do not go to the Walgreen's drive-thru in Oklahoma City at 23rd street. It takes so long that you should shut-off your engine even if you are the only one in line. If not you will have a long, long, long wait. Going inside is not alot of different. I will not shop there anymore because I am feed up with them losting or not having the meds or having to wait days to get meds because they do not have them. I can go to Homeland (across the street) and get my meds filled in 15 to 20 minutes and with no hassle. GOOD BYE Walgreens.

Walgreens in Phoenix, Arizona - Next day isn't an hour.

I go to Walgreens with my roll of film that I really wanted to get developed. I am expecting one hour photo to develop my pictures in an hour, surprisingly enough, and I even come in three hours later. Then I am told to come back tomorrow? Really? I planned on leaving on a trip the next day early and really needed those developed that day. People don't even very often develop. Honestly so I have no idea what else she could be doing instead of developing my film. I just feel mislead due to this false advertising. It's outrageous.

Disabled people let's picket Walgreens so world can know what they are doing to you...

Walgreens will not fill legitemate disabled people's prescription for the one medication that helps them get up and have some kind of normal life. Walgreens has decided THEY are your DR, and know what is better for you, and that is to take a medication that will put you to sleep or make you want to commit suicide. Sick, crippled people driving around to 30 pharmacies a day, getting in and out of their car, is CRUEL and UNUSUAL punishment for disabled people. We need coverage on this....The only way to get this repaired is to let everyone know what they are doing. They enjoyed THOUSANDS of Medicare dollars from my husband and now treat him like a sub human. I have had enough and have watched him suffer enough. Yes, I'm mad as *** and I'm not going to take it anymore. Anybody else?????

Use walgreens mail service only if you dont need meds

july 10 2012 i went to my doctors and with the junkie explosion in so. florida some *** seen fit to empower pharmacies the ability to veto my doctor ive been seeing for 14 years, i was a roofer in so. florida for 32 years in the process iv injured the vert.s from the L2 to the T1,were talking tangled nerves, sciatic nerve damage as well, hymatosis in of the neck and a 2.9x2.4 centimeter tumor in my liver partially due to a 3 story fall into a dump truck full of concrete tile while pushing a wheelbarrel full of concrete tile which seen fit to blanket me after the fall. upon recommondation of my medicare part d handler i used this www.walgreens.com service, called them as i wanted to get it right and they requested i fax them my perscriptions to them and it would speed the process as i was near out of meds, told them the perscriptions (2 of them) were narcotics only to find out a couple days later and numerous phone calls they informed me faxing narcotics wasnt allowed and requested that i overnight express mail the hard copies, thier termanology for the perscriptions to them and they would promptly overnight my meds back at a charge to my credit card, $40 later and 27ish phonecalls later i was told they were in process, under review, being processed again and finally denied as they dont accept disability ins for any mail in orders, now keep in mind i made mention of all these issues to the pinhead at every phone call i made as to who my ins handler was, what the drugs were and the fact that i was suffering upon each call, (27ish) requested to pay cash and that was denied, after 8 or so days of suffering i requested the perscriptions returned was promised they would be marked critical and over nighted back within 24 to 72 hours, 5 days later i call as they never showed up i called yet again and was not pleasnt about it had the individual been in front of me it would have took all my power not to tear thier throat out but anyways i speak to the man on to name of steven (wasnt allowed to release his last name to me but he tells me theyre being processed mean while im 12 days without my meds and have no clue when they are to be returned and i cant see my doctor for replacements until i receive the originals which im scared to death are gonna have multiple games of tic tac toe on them or if they have the intellect connect the dots but they did provide me with a processing number incase i want another conversation with one of jerry"s kids again, myself and 3 others have tried to resolve this with someone over the phone with some one who posses a minor amount of intelect but were all unable to find one, so here i sit talkiing to keyboard and hoping someone out there has the name of a lawyer or anyone that may be able to help me as this is clearly past pain and suffering, my email is jmacy2666@yahoo.com i would apprietiate any help from anyone or a lawyer that may be able to maybe able to assist me in this hellish nightmare and the ironic part is each time i call these fools they end the useless conversation with "be well" they ought to change that to if your sick *** off and deal with it as its obvious they do not care about the general public and it shows in every conversation iv had with them , i could have flown to pheonix ar to get my perscriptions back but they informed me they were sent to tempe az. now if they can mail them to tempe as they seen fit why in *** cant they mail them back to me where they belong, its painfully obvious theyre not in it for the patients health as i was told not to stop taking the medication from my doctor as the condition of my liver it could be fatal but i guess the idiots pushing buttons making paper airplanes outta my perscriptions or what ever they do with them other than RETURN them knows more about my condition than my doctor of 15 years, i apologize if i sound irrate but i am extremely i mean what is thier policy in the coffee lounge mail us your perscriptions and *** off? any help would be greatly apprietiated thanks for listening Jonathan E. Walgreens in Jacksonville, Florida - Thanks for nothing Pete!!!

14405 Beach Blvd Jacksonville, Fl 32250 904-223-5017 Walgreens promised my prescription at one price, then charged me another price. Their reason was i didn't have a discount card. Well you should not have quoted a discount price without asking if I a card. When I asked for a refund of difference quoted and what was charged I was told, no. I was offered an opportunity to pay 20$ for a card to receive the discount. How convenient ....Not again!!! and I'm transferring my prescription!!! Liars and Misrepresentation. The Supervisor Pete is no help and replies after every statement (sarcastically) ....Riiiigggghhhhtttt ...Rude ***

Horrible customer service at Walgreens

After my 3rd try at picking up prescriptions, I have had enough. The first time they filled it under the wrong person (same name), the next time they didn't have it ready, and the last time they had put it back even though I told them I was coming to pick it up! The woman at the pick-up window was rude and VERY unprofessional. I get my prescriptions at Kroger now and CVS gets all my other business. I have not stepped foot in a Walgreens since that day and plan to never give them my business again.

Walgreens/ discount card.

hi i just got my meds from walgreens. i was told last month that if i would buy this discount card from walgeens i would only pay 20 dollars for it . you will save 10 dollars on your meds every month and you will save 10 percent on instore use. last month i payed $83.99 and with my walgreens discount card i got $10 which made it $73.99. yea i got my meds this month and it was $93.99 and i got my discount for $4.99 . where is the $10.00 off PLUS they RAISED my meds by $10.00. WHAT'S UP WITH THIS???? if you get this WALGREENS CARD YOU WILL GET !!!!!! YOUR MEDS RAIESD AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DISCOUNT. LIKE THEY SAY when you talk to them they will tell you a whole different story. i talked to the asst manager and she acted clueless. i talked to the pharmists about what i was told and she said you mean (SUPPOSEDLY ). I WAS telling them the truth,,, the last thing i would not lie for is a discount card ,, the big thing here is MR WALGREENS JR YOU NEED TO BE ON UNDER COVER BOSS AND TAKE THE ADD OFF T.V. IT IS ALL LIES, THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS . I USESD WALGREENS A FEW YEARS AGO AND IT WAS THE SAME THEN AND THE SAME NOW. you think they would get their !!!! together..... you would think walgreens jr. would pull his pepole in and fix the issues with the company. i have respect for others and would like respect from your employees and not be told i am lieing. you need to run it like your DAD DID TOO MAKE IT BETTER ,, JR YOU NEED TOO GET IT RIGHT , IT WON'T LAST AT THIS PACE.. ( UNDER COVER BOSS )

5 years ago I suffered a fall of three stories onto a concrete slab, then a 4in diameter hose hit me in the back , which had also fallen from the third story and was filled with concrete. Ive had dozens of MRI's and have been on pain meds for 4.5 years, due to a...

Walgreens

Walgreens on Divisadero/Lombard in San Francisco must hand pick the worst pharmacists on the planet. They give RUDE a new definition. In fact, I think it's called, "Walgreens!" I stopped shopping there for approx 5 years because they could not 1. fill prescriptions even after 24 hours of doctors calling it in, 2. Treated customers like doormats. I returned recently and nothing has changed. However, it has gotten worse (hey, that's change, just not in the right direction). In addition to long lines full of sick people more pleasant than the pharmacisits, I was directed to 3 different pharmacists all of which directed me to another one (even though I simply wanted to know if my medication---in the future---could be filled generically). None of them were interested in helping me. And there was no reason for me to have to go to multiple pharmacists to find this answer. It's not a hard one. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Eventually, I left and transferred my Rx somewhere else.

While shopping in a Walgreens, which advertised "Open 24 hours", on Friday, 7/6/12 at 9:45 pm, I needed to use the bathroom. It had a sign, "Closed for routine maintenance." I could smell the bleach, which meant it was clean. A manager was paged. I waited for someone...
