Walgreens resolved my issue, but no one from the company ever reached out to me, no call, no email, no text. I dont know how long it took to resolve the issue because, again, No One contacted me to confirm. TERRIBLE customer service ethic!

Did not give 20% discount that I paid $25.00 a year, they are not renewing this discount service. They will not tell you when it is about to expire.

Phone calls about this issue, have been hung up on twice customer service acts like they do not know what I am talking about.

Walgreens Uses SFPD Cop To Greet Customers Like Security Guard

Contacting city government to petition they stop allowing SFPD services in place of security guards on a for-profit corporate store like Walgreens when 99.9% of San Francisco citizens have no problem cooperating wiht mask requests.

I walked into Walgreens on March 25, 2021 waiting for my bike repair in order to browse. At the mouth of entry there was an enormous sign blocking entry threatening "it's against the law not to wear a mask". The sign cited a city statute. I decided to walk out of the store in that environment and noticed an SFPD officer was sitting behind the sign to the right waiting to arrest someone. It's a nice neighborhood, no need to threaten tax payers this way. SFPD is unnecessary, there are security guards available. I'll never walk in there again.

You have no idea why the SFPD is there. There was an article in The San Francisco Chronicle in October 2020 about a Walgreens closing for good on November 11th.

The article also states that in 2019-****, this is the seventh Walgreens to close due to shoplifting. So don’t worry why they are there.

Terrible Upper Management

I was shopping in Walgreens in Portsmouth on High St. and overheard the store manager and other managers talking rudely and disrespectful about an employee. This really bothered me as a customer to hear the upper management say the things they said. They are managers and should act like managers. Poor upper management.

WAITED AT DRIVE-THRU FOR 20 MINUTES, GAVE UP, WENT IN ONLY TO FIND THE PHARMACY WAS CLOSED FOR LUNCH, BUT NO NOTICE WAS POSTED ON THE DRIVE-THRU, INSTEAD ONLY A MESSAGE THAT THE SPEAKERS WERE NOT WORKING, WHICH THEY HAD NOT BEEN FOR 5 DAYS. NOT A GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

He rudely offered, "All I can do Is call other Walgreens." How far the travel distance , apparently, he didn't care. Actually it is your responsibility at your doctor appointment to make sure you are given enough refills to last through your next appointment. Your prescription label on your bottle said “no refill” on it for 90 days as you took the medication. Start being more responsible.

The poor service at the 24 hour Walgreens in Farmington MO 63645

The wait time for both inside and drive thru. There is usually an hour or more wait time. They only have one cashier, one person at the drive thru and the pharmacist is busy getting people signed up and giving the Covid vaccine. There is no reason to have these long wait times. I've heard so many people complain. Something needs to be done to change this. I was a customer of the pharmacy for many years, but I've changed my business to a different pharmacy. And wont return to Walgreens until something is done to decrease these long wait times.

Customer Service

First visit to this Walgreens in Natchez, Mississippi , went to one store for passport photo and the machine was broken so they said take photo of myself on my cellphone and take it to the other store and that they would finish the passport photo so I went there and the worker said to get in line and the person in front of me was obviously a relative of the worker I needed to speak to but she ignored me and kept talking and no one would help me.

No customer service support

I have had an ongoing issue with improper pharmacy billing at the Walgreens Store#9182 in Pineville, LA since 2019. I have spoken with both the pharmacy and store manager several times.

Neither have been able or were unwilling to get the matter resolved.

I requested the name and contact number of the District Manager. Management told me that they do not know the name of their District Manager and were prohibited from providing that information to a customer.

I follow this up with Walgreens Customer Service and spoke with Corporate Billing which assured me they could solve the matter. They did not.

I was assigned Case# 1387**** by Customer Service after again requesting to speak with the District Manager. I was assured they would be in contact.

After several weeks without any contact, I called back. Customer Service expressed surprise that I yet to be contacted. They said they would escalate my case and could expect a call in the next few days. That was more than a week ago and now more than a month has passed since my initial call to customer service.

Lastly, the insurance company which administer the state program I am in has spent hours with the store setting up proper billing.

The store began billing some prescriptions properly but half the staff still can not. The store is nearly 30 miles from my house so I call to confirm it has been run properly, they assure me it has but when I arrive it is not. They excuse this failure by the fact that no one at the store knows how to run this script through manually so can not help me and I will have to come back.

The insurer has also contacted the pharmacy manager numerous times about the continued issue. A person is never available to assist them and they leave a message in the pharmacy manager's mailbox but never receive a call back.

They have been leaving messages about opening the window back to 2019 for resubmission of past prescriptions not processed.

I have been a faithful Walgreen's customer for nearly 3 decades across several states.

Over this time, due to numerous health issues I had spent several hundreds of thousand in prescriptions with them. Now that I need some assistance, they can't be bothered.

A Unprofessional pharmacy tech by the name of Diana got upset because I asked her why is it that my daughters insurance information is no longer in there system for the second time now. She became loud and Irate. I asked to speak to a manger and she refused to give me a manager. I then asked for the managers name and her name and she refused to give me either name. She then proceeded to hang up in my face.

I am HIV+. In Virginia I am in phase 1b for the COVID Vaccine. I confirmed this fact wit the VDH. You refuse to make an appt for me to be vaccinated in clear violation of VDH guidelines. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this before I contact the State of Virginia Attorney General Office to report this violation. I was declared permanently disabled by the Federal Government in the fall of 2015, so I am in a protected class.

Let me start off with pricing. Ad comes out nothing in store is marked. Was told at register that you have to show the pricing on your phone. Not everyone, like my wife, have cell phones. Items should be programed into stores. Survey, tried several times to put in password and would not except. Must have know that this store I would give bad rating.
