I ordered my order for a photo-personalized travel coffee mug in late November, for shipment on or before December 23. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my dad.
But it didn't arrive until FEBRUARY! February! Very poor service. I have bought lots of things from Walgreens in the past and am very disappointed with the service now.
In the past there was pretty good service and I was very happy with it, so I'm very surprised that this happened.
I hope that if I ever need service from Walgreens again, they will be able to regain my trust by impressing me with their service.
