I have never been so displeased with a company in my entire life. Not only was there issues at the store level, the "customer relations" department was utterly useless.
They have made is absurdly obvious they do not care about their customers well being at all. They have enough customers, what does it matter to them if they lose another. When I called "customer relations" to talk about the store issue, I was not listened to and told that senior management would contact me... one month later, four times contacting them and STILL no contact from "senior management".
Finally I asked who senior management is, IT IS THE STORE MANAGEMENT!!!
Apparently they are accountable to no one. So happy to take my business to Target.
