Called in refill for XARELTO 20MG TAB. using automated phone service on 5-14-15 for pickup 5-15-15.

Notified by email 5-15-15 that refill ready for pickup at Walgreens located at 105 West Rd, Houston, TX 77037. Went to Pharmacy on 5-18-15 to pick up and prescription not ready. Waited while prescription refilled promptly. This has happened several times over the last several months.

Several times the clerk has said sorry for the trouble and said that the system was not working correctly. The store employees must be aware of this problem.

Has it been reported to the IT Dept.? It seems to me that everyone would want this problem resolved at once, instead of it dragging on for months.

Preferred solution: Fix the system so that it is reliable. When it works it is very easy to use..

I've had this problem before. I would call and ask before heading on over if their system is still having issues. I'm confident that it's beyond the power of the pharmacy employee's abilities to regulate the notification system.
