Took in film to be transferred around the first week of December. The claim ticket said that it would be ready on Jan 10 and that I would be notified by email.
By mid January, since I had heard nothing, I sent an email to ourmemories which promptly came back as not deliverable.
I called but waited and waited, so I decided to give it another week or so and try again.
I then sent an email in early February to Walgreens Photo - the email was never answered.
I finally left a message on Feb 11 with our memories number and was called back - with a caller id of Group Info ( ?) and was told that it had been at the store since Jan 30.
This is customer service?
I thought that they had lost the film.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: If Walgreens really cares about customers, top management needs to insure that all services care about customer service.
Walgreens Cons: Email not deliverable, No notification.
