I was totally ignored after filling out my paperwork for a flu shot. If your staff doesn't have time to give them (all of a few seconds) then don't advertise.

When I complained to the pharmacy and the store manager I did not get one work in response - not one. They just let me walk away.

I have an appointment with my doctor now - if I have to wait it may as well be in his office. They simply did not care.

I will stay away from your drug store as much as I can. A Walgreen's is near enought to me to change.

Cant blame you for your frustration. Contact 1-800-Walgreens and let them know.

The corporate offices want every store to immunize everyone for everything, but they dont give the stores any help to do it. The only way they learn is to be told.
