My wife bought me a $200 Amazon gift card for me to go online and buy our sons Christmas presents with. She brought it to me at the hospital and then 2-3 days later when i got released from the hospital and went home i went to apply it to my Amazon account and it said it had already been redeemed to another account.
So i contacted their support team about it and they said they'll look into it and i got the run around for a week and a half and then they told me i had to contact walgreens for a replacement card and the store said no so i contacted amazom and told them walgreens said thy had to replace it. Then they contacted walgreens corperate office about it on 12/19/2019 and to this day nothing has been done about it.
Im sorry but im on disability and i dont have $200 to throw away for nothing and they need to just replace it or give me my money back. case number on it is1099**** and at the bottom im giving them no Stars they dont deserve it
