I received two texts that my two prescriptions were ready for pickup at the Orland park location on LaGrange Road. I get there eight hours after the texts were sent and the tech says that there's no price and I will have to come back. He then says that they're ready...

If there is something wrong 80% of the time why would you continue to do business with them 100% of the time? I personally do not continue to do business with organizations that have repeatedly performed at substandard levels.

Anyway, unfortunately, there are times when insurances go down and will not adjudicate copays. Therefore, pharmacies have no idea what to charge.

Yes, they could just "assume" that it is the same copay as last month, but what if it isn't. Someone could be undercharged (which I am sure no one would raise a fuss about), or they could be overcharged which would be cause for another rant on this blog.

Walgreens in Chicago, Illinois - Flu shot

I was totally ignored after filling out my paperwork for a flu shot. If your staff doesn't have time to give them (all of a few seconds) then don't advertise. When I complained to the pharmacy and the store manager I did not get one work in response - not one. They just let me walk away. I have an appointment with my doctor now - if I have to wait it may as well be in his office. They simply did not care. I will stay away from your drug store as much as I can. A Walgreen's is near enought to me to change.

Cant blame you for your frustration. Contact 1-800-Walgreens and let them know.

The corporate offices want every store to immunize everyone for everything, but they dont give the stores any help to do it. The only way they learn is to be told.

Walgreens in Chicago, Illinois - WALGREEN'S not honoring posted price

I went to buy milk at the Belle Meade Walgreen's and they had two rows of milk at $1.99 I have bought it at this price before. When I got to the register it rang up over $3.39 and I explained it was on sale. She called a girl and I showed her the two rows and she said NO it says juice not milk. and the milkman put the overstock in the wrong place. I said I can't read the small print and you have two rows. Please give at the price She was the manager Michelle and she said NO! I left very unhappy.

No it was posted for milk and Walgreen's district manager saw the sign and agreed it was their error in posting and honored the posted price. THEIR ERROR!

in his words.

so YOU ARE AN ***!crawl back under the rock you crawled out of!

The posted price was for juice, not milk. You were, unfortunately wrong, and should have accepted the fact. No one expects you to be happy about it, but you shouldn't expect them to pay for your mistake.
