I have been completely discriminated against & singled out due to the medication I take by this horrible, mean, evil pharmacist and it’s absolutely ridiculous that this behavior is even allowed in ANY store in the USA!!!

The pharmacists are consistently rude, paranoid, and cold about issues like filling certain medications, and I'm sick of it. I'm done shopping there in general because of this, which I know won't make any difference in the grand scheme of things but as a consumer, this...

Insufficient specifics. That is a wholesale condemnation of thousands of people ; all of whom cannot possibly be arrogant, difficult, angry, uncooperative creeps like you've stated.I've often found that when someone can't get along with anyone it is often of someone's own doing and anyone is tired of them.So you owe thousands of people you've never encountered a prompt and sincere apology as you exercise your right to shop elsewhere.

Once again Walgreens disappoints. The pharmacy located at 18th Broadway in Quincy, IL has a pharmacist named Luke than apparently passed Pharmacy school without being able to read doctor's orders. Once, twice even four to five incidents and OUT RIGHT MISTAKES (#30...

Walgreens Indianhead Park, IL

The 'pharmacist' there is unprofessional. Said chronic pain patients do not need to be on controlled substances. I was on Tylenol 3. Big deal right, might as well be on street grade heroin! I am on the lowest of all pain medications. I am not walking in there with rx's of Oxycotin with shakes and obviously mad. No, he claims I called and cancelled this prescription. HUH! Why would I do that. Well, now we have to call your doctor to MAKE SURE you can take this. I had a rx for 90 pills 1 per night, they filled 30 for the one month, I had 60 more pills waiting for the next two months, 30 at a time. Well he took it upon himself to make a BIG deal about this. I was polite, I said I will call my dr myself since you seem to think I cancelled a prescription I take daily. I always refill on the day it is due, NEVER before. If he wants to be a Dr, fine, if he thinks it is his job to police people that is wrong. He is a pharmacist. One that makes mistakes. He became nasty when talking to me. He is the most unprofessional piece of *** that landed from wherever he is from, he has a middle eastern accent and is from one of those counties 'over there' I took all of my prescriptions out of there and to a different pharmacy all together. Along with the rest of my families. I refuse to do business with a self centered *** like him. I am not the only one he has had issues with my friend's mother he gave her the wrong prescription as in someone not even close to her name. But he is so 'professional' so it was her fault. No it's his fault his little micro managing *** fault.

Cedar Lake Indiana Pharmacist is completely disinterested in her job. A machine could do a far better job then she is. No sense even trying to get help from manager. Because The store manager is too worried about her affair with the assistant manager. so it's impossible to get service.

Walgreens pharmacy

Walgreens has a store on every street corner in the world, but you still have to wait 50 hours to get you medicine. I think it's rediculas that you already don't feel good and these people don't have your meds ready and then the pharmacist are so rude and nasty you want to slap the *** out them. Walgreens needs to do something!!!!!!! And I don't care which Walgreens you go to, this is the service you get. Sometimes I go on line and put my meds in and when I get to the store 2 days later the meds aren't ready and they looking at you like you,re lying!! They need to do better before somebody set it off on they ***!!!!!!

Walgreens in Lombard, Illinois - Poor customer service

Today I stopped by the pharmacy at store #4519 and the pharmacist with the initials of HBA was extremely rude. I had put in 1 prescription and I said I wanted to wait. I was waiting for at least an hour so decided to ask the pharmacist about how much longer for my prescriprion. Not even checking to see if it was ready, which it was, he started impolitely telling me how he had other prescription to fill, do I think he's suppose to stop what he's doing to help me and so on when I was the only customer in the store waiting. I think the pharmacist is very rude and unprofessional and someone needs to talk to him about that.

While it may not seem obvious because there may not be other customers standing around the counter there may well be one hours worth of prescriptions that are ahead of yours. The other waiters are likely wandering around the store waiting patiently their turn.

The pharmacist probably could have been a little more polite, but the more times you interrupt them the longer the wait is going to be for you and everyone else.

Trust me, they know you are out there and will get you your prescription as quickly and safely as possible.

Also, a pharmacy is not a fast food restaurant. An incorrect sandwich because of a rushed employee is one thing, but an incorrect medication due to a rushed pharmacist can be deadly.

Walgreens is cutting pay and hours. If you have been in your job for 5 years how would you like to go back to making what you made when you first started.

This is walgreens. They shouldn't take it out on the customers but they do.

Domino effect. Poor pay, poor customer service, poor company, lost profits take your business to a small pharmacy and see the difference!!!

Complain to the store manager and contact corporate. They have a website and you can either get their phone number to call or send an email complaint. And, of course take your scripts elsewhere to be filled.

Any time you do not have a personal touch involved in handling of YOUR HEALTH it sucks!! These CLERKS do most of the work and the HIGHER PAID maybe up to 60,000.00 which is not a lot of money for someone that went to school for 5 years AND REALLY no FUTURE incentives at all.

These pharmacists are miserable!! They know they made a mistake in schooling and if they ever want to make real money they need to GO BACK to school so they take it out on the only people they CAN!!

THE SICK!!

I had to speak to a pharmacist about fulfilling one of my scripts--couldn't do it automatically due to some issues. Tried to contact them several times, but always hung up after 15 minutes on hold. Today, I NEEDED the meds, so I stuck it out on hold. After 49 minutes...

Why does everybody hate on LadyScot so much? She's right about everything she posts.

Walgreens has policies that we, as techs, must follow. I personally work for walgreens and she is correct. We must help the customer in front of us BEFORE we attend to the phone calls. Maybe you called at a busy hour or maybe you should try going to the pharmacy next time.

There are many pts to serve and we won't just drop everyone to help one person. Im sorry it doesn't work that way.
