Walgreens - Let me sit for two hours waiting for an rx to be filled when they had no intention of filling it.
This past New Year's Eve I called the 1800 # for Walgreens to locate a pharmacy that was open. Given wrong info on first call, second call got incorrect info.
Pharmacy we were sent to let us sit for 2 hours after we were told it would be 30 minutes. After 2 hrs my husband asked what the problem was and was told because the rx I needed was for pain med it would take longer.
We left found another Walgreens closer to our house and had our rx in 10 minutes. I have sent complaint twice to Walgreens, no repsponse from them.
