they should have Mohamad back!the pharmacist that took over they are all terrible. They lie about what your doctor says about your medication, they try to diagnose your pain meds without even evaluating you. Because they aren't doctors! how are they allowed to regulate...

What incentive does the pharmacist have for "lying" about what your doctor told him about your narcotic pain meds? I'll tell you what ...

NOTHING.

He identified patterns of misuse/abuse and called your doctor to discuss as is his responsibility as a pharmacist. Time for you to accept that and move on!!

In the last year, the service at Walgreens Ludington has gone from good to horrible....not sure what changed. I always try to avoid the peak hours of business so to not interrupt anyone. My complaint is in regard to the wait time to speak with a pharmacist by phone. ...

Go to Meijer's then. Odds are, they will also take care of the customers who have scripts to be filled than the customer on the phone who wants to ask a question.

Just FYI, they will answer a doctor call before you. If the pharmacist spends his time on the phone with you, then he is not filling my script, which would make me mad, as it would YOU if YOU had to wait for ME to chat on the phone with the pharmacist.

Dropped off prescription at the counter for a refill at 5:30 pm., told the girl that I would be waiting for the script to be filled. Walked around store shopping for a few items. Went back to the pharmacy at 5:55 to find the pharmacy locked up tight. Called the store...

If the Pharmacy closes at 6:00 you were there on a Saturday or a Sunday. Aside from that, the Pharmacy cannot pull the "blinds" down or lock up early.

There are several things that they have to do that will give them away. The alarm is monitered and if it is set early or late a signal will be sent to several people who will actively question that. The registers have to be turned into the manager and if they are turned in early, the manager on duty can tell them to turn it around and march back into the Pharmacy. If the Pharmacy staff has left and has failed to turn in the registers or has left the registers in the office without informing the manager, they can face disciplinary up to and including termination.

Your entire story is a Walgreen's Loss Prevention situation and NOBODY wants to get mixed up in that. Your story doesn't add up.

I had a prescription submitted 8 days ago. They called me and said they had to check if my insurance covered it before they could fill it. I had to file a complaint with walgreens because no one followed up until I got a recorded message telling me to come in and get...

Change your pharmacy to a private one or a CVS. They know what they are doing.

I have run into the same problems with walgreens over and over and again just this week and I am sick of them, reason I am here posting today.

I am going to try and find a private pharmacy, the mom and pop stores are much better. Fc9Lz

This is a store that needs to be carefully monitored. On several occasions, my wife who suffers from Alzheimer's has been verbally abused, her prescriptions not filled, laughed at, and humiliated. The last instance occurred when she was trying to get her...

Walgreens automatically filled my old script for pain medicine . Making the one the doctor had given me with refills unusable.

I am now forced to take a cab back to the city to get a new prescription. I did not say a thing about it ,when he bellowed " you know there is an opiate crisis. People are dying all over the place!" It was like it was all my fault. I seriously don't see how arguing with this pharmacist is going to help my cause.

He however brought it up. I said to him that I don't see why the folks that have chronic pain should have to be policed by this new system. I stopped the argument right there. The staff was rude and obviously judgmental.

What I would like to have said is opiate crisis my *** Addiction is a disease. Its terrible but addicts overdosing is nothing new. Alcohol cigarettes are killing people everyday. Why don't we have a cigarette crisis?

People in chronic pain are no longer getting the medication they need. They are truly suffering. I don't need to get attitude from the Walgreen pharmacist. Oh while I am at it .

The woman pharmacist yelled a a woman's child because they were crying. Seriously!

I currently read several reports about how Walgreen's treats chronic pain suffers. I have had almost the same treatment, but let me tell you an even more crazier story. This one is about the soon to be "very public" narcotics list. I woke up one night a few months...

The OP is obviously doctor shopping. I say that based on the sentence in the original post, "Every time I go to a new Doctor the come right in with this list. (sic) " That's not a statement someone who is using one doctor makes.

It's too bad (maybe) he/she is in pain but there is clearly a reason for Walgreen's action in this case.
