Walgreens in Lakeville, Minnesota - Crap service

Details
The Walgreens on krnwood trail in lakeville mn is the worst run store in the US! My scripts are the same every month, and the past 2 months, ive had to go back, pick up the script that i spent a half hour dropping off, just to being it to another one that actually knew what they were doing! No more walgreens for me!! The asian lady is a tool!

Why can't Walgreens fill prescriptions? I take nine (9) very important meds, yet every week of every damned year I'm on the phone or in the store because you're running me out of meds. I go to doctor .. doctor writes 'scripts .. give six months worth of said 'scripts to Walgreess .. Walgreens can't figure out how to fill meds. I understand your game of screwing things up so we'll have to come in and, therefore, spend more money. But as vitally important as my serious brain injury meds are, please stop screwing around with (me) your customers. I just stopped and spoke with the 19-year-old store manager; I don't think she appreciates or understands the seriousness of brain-injury meds. Last week you ran me out of my life-or-death (literally) ********. This Tuesday you ran me out of **** and today I'm now out of *********. Stopped Monday to say I'm out and get new and was told, "nope. Nothing ready. Called Thursday and was told, "well, I don't know why they told you that; they've been ready all week." Why can't Walgreens fill prescriptions? Why can't Walgreens stop screwing with your customers?

Waited one hour for two prescriptions as I was watching other customers were dropping off prescriptions and being told ready in 15 - 20 minutes. Then when I went out to complain I had to wait an addional 15 minutes! Treated very disrespectful and going to change my pharmacy to Sams Club! This not the first time this has happened!

Walgreens Austin MN- Shorting pills, and recording a sale and not selling

This has happened to me a few times now and I have decided to change the pharmacy. The Austin, MN Walgreens has done this to me several times now. They record a sale but don't give me the medication. Also, the number of pills are less than the count on the bottle. Stay away from this pharmacy. When I protested, they said that nothing can be done to help. I finally decided to switch. They said, that I can buy additional pills only that it won't be covered by the insurance and I will have to pay the whole price. I am very disappointed to get this from a well known brand like Walgreens.

Walgreens has shorted me of pain medication - I've had 6 surgeries in the past year and this is critical. Someone is pocketing these pills! I am a patient at a pain clinic and will be pursing this issue and will inform them as well. Walgreens does not list the name...

Walgreens in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Bad to no service

I am a senior and order my medications every 3 months. The service is awful! I have used them for the past 2 years and it gets worse each time. The last episode, this month, is with my diabetic supplies. It has taken 3-weeks to coordinate with the clinic and Medicare. I informed them today that my dr. had sent a request, for the second time. Being the weekend, they could not process the prescription, but if I needed them urgently, I could come in and pay for them myself. Change your slogan to "bad service and couldn't care less". This has happened to my neighbor. Her prescription was called in but when she went to pick it up she was told they had not received it being a physician she was able to write one out herself and was to pick it up the next day. The next day they said they did not have the prescription (what's going on, are they asleep). She filled out another and had to wait for it to be filled. Is this not "bad service"?

Had prescriptions filled today at walgreens in Austin, Mn. One of the scripts wasn't covered by insurance, when I asked what the cash price was (over $200), I asked why it wouldnt be covered. Maria, shrugged her shoulders and said "I dont know". I asked if I needed to call my Dr, again she shrugged her shoulders. She told me of the price of my other 2 scripts, I gave her my card. She send out my card (Drive thru), with the 2 scripts. Doesn't say thank you or anything and leaves the window. I wait... patiently. Finally, someone else came to the window and asked me what I needed. I told her I was waiting to find out if I should call my Dr, or wait for a call. The 2nd gal asks Maria, she comes over and shrugs her shoulders...yet again. I was told "it'd be later today", "should I get a call or do I need to call?". "You will get a call from us". The store is now closed and no phone call. Also, the weekend and the meds I was waiting on were for severe asthma! Thank you Walgreens. I will be in tomorrow morning and will never do business with you again.

Walgreens in Savage, Minnesota - Perscription $141.00 Overcharge

To Visa Customer Service: I spoke with one of your representatives this morning, questioning why a disputed amount of $141.00 had been reversed and charged back against my account. He advised that I should contact you with my concerns. I believe you should have on file the original documentation regarding this claim, which supports my position. To summarize, Walgreens had a product advertized on their internet website at $141.00 lower than I was charged at their point of sale. I was asked to provide them with a copy of that advertisement, which I did, but they still refused to meet that advertized price. As the product was a medication I needed at the time, I purchased the product and was advised I could take the matter up with their corporate office. After approximately two weeks of promised return phone calls (which never occurred) I was finally advised by phone that they would not be refunding the requested amount. At that point, my only recourse was to ask you to charge back the difference. Apparently they have advised you that the charge was “justified” and this resulted in the chargeback to my account. Please be advised that I am in receipt of copies of two letters from the State of Minnesota Attorney General’s office to Walgreens in which they are in agreement to support me in pursuit of my position in questioning this practice of Walgreens not meeting their advertized pricing. As of this date, after over a month, I have not been advised that Walgreens has replied to the Attorney General. As it appears that Walgreens practice is not to reply to complaining customers or government agencies, but to reply only to your company which has the ability to impact them financially, I am requesting that you permanently reverse this chargeback to Walgreens, even though they claim it is incorrect. Again, I am sorry to place you in the position of a mediator in this matter, but truly appreciate your support. Sincerely,
