they sent a text to invite me to express pick up. It allowed me to prepay so i would not have to wait when i picked up my script.

Once I COMPLETED my payment online, i received a message that i could not use the drive through. I had to go inside the store to pick up my script.

this was VERY DECEPTIVE. They made it looks like a quicker way to pick up my script when all they were were doing is forcing me to enter and walk through their store. Once in the store, you still have to wait in line and the clerk told me that only one register can scan the code to show i prepaid my script.

This took twice as long as it would have had i not prepayed.

and they call "express". Walgreens just lost my business.

I am moving my scripts to another pharmacy.

I suppose you will try to find a pharmacy that delivers the prescriptions to you while you wait in your car in the parking lot---or, who will ingest the scripts for you so you don't have to bother taking them yourself. Life is really hard, isn't it?
