I purchased an item online at Walgreens at Airline and Parker in Houston. When the order came in, it was not the correct item I order.

The store called and said I would have to come into the store and then return it for a refund. If I did not pick up the item within 21 days the store will send it back and it would take 30 days for a refund. Why would it take 30 days for a refund of $6.81 and for me to come into the store to ask for a refund when I never pick up the item?

I guess it pays to read the reviews before shopping at Walgreens (this is the first and last time). Never heard of such--Unacceptable!
