I spent an hour on making a photo book after seeing a promotion of 33% off photobooks with same day pickup at local store. I placed an online order and received a phone call from a store that they can't make the order.

So they refer me to another store that can make it locally. I get another email confirmation that it is being processed and will be ready in an hour. I call 5 hours later to confirm and they tell me that the order can't be done because nobody knows how to work the printing machine.

Never going back to Walgreens!

Monetary Loss: $30.

I fully have to apologize as an ex employee and as a Photo Tech. They should have called you when they received the order and explained and offered some sort of compensation or another store.

You should complain to corporate about proper training.

and BTW, that machine is EASY to work and the books are EASY to make.
