Not resolved

I called in my RX, 3 days ahead of time. Received a text stating the RX was ready.

Drove 40 min. into the city of Colorado Springs too pick it up. To have the pharmacist, Shanelle, state that they were out of stock. I said this is why I called it in 3 days prior, I even received a text saying the RX was ready for pick-up.

Shanelle said once again that they were out of stock. Come back in 3 days. So, I kindly asked her to please check with your manager. She hesitantly did so.

Came back said that my meds would be ready in 20 minants. This has happened four times now. This is why I always give them 72+ hour notice. It turbulently vexes me so!

I stay calm, polite, and in a peaceful state of being.
