Use to have a separate window to drop off prescription or talk to a pharmacist.
Took the window out and everything is one line now. Waited in line to drop off a prescription for 15 minutes. Had to come back the next day , because didn't have enough to fill it. The next day waited in line for another 15- 20 minutes only to find out that the price was different now and needed to call Medicare. Came back the following day to pick it up and decided to use the drive thru. What a MISTAKE!
2 windows one had a customer already there. Sat about 5 minutes, with no acknowledgement that I was even there. Pushed the call button, to be told 1 minute. Waited another 5 minutes and pushed the call again. Was told she was busy. After waiting 12-15 minutes in drive thru I finally got the script.
Called to talk to store manager and had to call back 3 times because no one picked up.
Doubt if anything is going to change
