On line, I found a product at $15.99 and checked store availability near me at 10320 Main st. Fairfax, VA.

When I checked out, it was priced at $19.95. Asked cashier and manager to verify the price when they told me that $15.99 was member price. I told them that I was a member, then they told me they would send $3.00 to membership card. Any way numbers don't add up.

Nonsense. This is not my first time to experience price difference between on-line and store. They are trying to have customer walk in and rip-off. Very dishonest practice and hope everybody aware this.

I will never shop Walgreens any more.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Walgreens Cons: Customer service and how treated, Lack of information given to me.

Then the manager and employee would be misinformed. The Walgreens online store prices do not reflect the in-store prices.

In the very same manner, Walgreens can have varying prices from store to store even if they're within miles of each other.

Most business run the same way. It's nothing new.
