My family and I are going on vacation or were suppose to tonight 6/9/15, which is normally due 6/10/15. My doctor wrote my prescription for 6/9/15.

Pharmacist became irritated because she insisted that she must first speak to doctor's office for confirmation, and they put her on hold, she explained is a nasty manner, that they hung up on her, by the time she got to calling them back the office was closed at 4:30. My visit to Walgreen began at 3:30, I waited 45 minutes before they alerted me to this fact I could have driven back to my doc office and her call -I offered to pay cash due to family's annual plans, She denied this rudely in front of staff.

I am very disappointed with Walgreen's customer service. Don't think I will come back.
