I am the only person in the Druid hills rd pharmacy on Atlanta. The lady asks if I want to wait.
I say yes. She says, it will take an hour encouraging me to leave. I did not drive here to go home and come back. I ask if I can have access to the restroom.
She says she will let me in. I wait at the restroom 10 minutes. She never shows.
I guess customers are an onconvenience. No line no customers no customer service
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

You are so totally right! The pharmacist should have stopped filling prescriptions immediately so she could tend to your bathroom needs.
After all, she is a pharmacist.

Clearly you're being mean nasty just too be mean and nasty. You're are acting like you're the only customer.
Maybe you need too learn the world does not revolve around you. Entitled customers like you should be banned and stop shopping if you're going too cause an scene.

She's not my favourite person either, BUT, she is right. The majority of prescriptions are phoned in and those patients have been given pick up times.
This in addition to the people who had previously dropped off scripts and received a pick up time. The lone customer who walks in off the street must wait her turn behind those that were there first.
This is not a difficult concept to grasp. Really, it is common sense.
I don't care if you like me or not. I tell the truth and most people, like you, do not want the truth, you want someone to agree with you.

Clearly you don't understand the term entitled customers. No manager or employee has too deal with entitled customers. I am going too guess you are one of them entitled customers.
You're mad and angry just because people are calling out these customers who are rude and arrogant. No, the customers are not always right.

No customer should act like this too the manager or employee. There is an reason why they are called 'entitled customers' for an reason.
Agreed. There are so many entitled customers who are so mean and nasty too employees and managers who are so so sweet and nice! I am so sick and tired seeing this happening too employees and managers who are just doing jobs, as they are following their rules and policies.
And we could care less what entitled people think. They are always going away with treating other people like *** and *** Entitled people are always going too be ignored for the way they are treating others.
Clearly nobody has taught you and educated you onto that! How sad.
You may be the only person in the pharmacy waiting at the moment, but that by no means there are not at least 10-20 scripts queued before yours. THEY Come first. She was telling you how long it might take, not encouraging you to leave.
Do you really think they pay a pharmacist to be in the store to wait on ONE person only?
