I agree pharmacies are quickly becoming a bigger problem than insurance companies with regard to the medical field and yet nothing you can do about it on your own.

HORRIBLE

I have tried for a month to get my prescription for Calcium filled. NO EVER ANSWERS PHONE. Was on hold over 2 hours with pharmacy they picked up the phone and HUNG UP NEVER SAID A THING. SO I drive there stood in line for an HOUR. NEVER got help. Pharmacist are ALL rude. Walgreens is absolutely HORRIBLE! I am DONE! Walgreens is disrespectful rude lie.

Compmaint

I have been trying to get my 1 med fixed. I am not sure what to is going on I have been in touch with my dr. Walgreens and my dr said didn't send them the rejection notice to them so they can figure out what to do with the insurance to fix it. Every time I call Walgreens I am on hold on the phone at least 20 minutes or more each time. Time I called and was on there for 43 minutes before it said they were on lunch break and I looked at the time and it said 4:42 and the recording said every day lunch is 1:30. 1:30

User's recommendation: Never go there. They used to be the best about 8 years ago but now in the last 3 years its ridiculous. You can't get any one the phone for questions until 20 to 30 minutes or more. Car line is every time hardly backed up but it still takes 20 to 25 minutes to get through every time. My husband can't get my meds on his lunch break anymore because he is always late. I can call and ask if my meds are ready and they will tell me yes or they will be on an hour. I will wait a few hours or the next day sometimes and when I get there they will tell me it's not ready yet or my insurance won't pay for it until a day or 2 days later. I am way past sick of this place. I have switched my son's, my 2 daughters, all of mine except these 2 meds that a different doctor keeps sending it to Walgreens but the rest of our meds are at Walmart and these will be soon too. Walmart is in and out inside or the car line no more than 10 minutes and the answer the phone no more than 5 minutes. I am done the Walgreenssssss.

Refills not requested

My local Walgreen persists in refilling prescriptions NOT on auto refill (which I HATE &; always decline}, NOT requested by me nor provider & NOT needed (sometimes 2-3 weeks early)! I've complained multiple times,never an explanation nor apology given. It's past time to change pharmacies!!!

That is the most bizarre thing I have read lately. How do the people in the store know that you are in recovery for addiction?

Have you had problems in that store before?

If the security guard was threatening, why didn't you file a police report? I would love to know the store's side of this story.

Points missing and rude customer service

The nerve of me to call to ask about missing points when the customer service just put me on hold and then disconnect I call back to then wait 40 min for noone to answer...so then I found another number to call and the girl was so rude..nvr shop at walgreens again

I had a good RX coupon they refused to take and said I had to pay full price. Last month they took my coupon n this month they say I pay full price. Needless to say I had my script sent to CVS

Won’t follow dr direction

I have been to see my dr Friday Monday and again tomorrow all to now have revised script I was able to pick up 12th per insurance dr and Walgreens. But the Sunday Karen pharm got out her Gregorian calendar and refused to fill. Suboxone may as well b Fentanyl

Refill Suboxone

Did everything right make sure this would go through on a Sunday I called my insurance and they assured me that I could pick it up today or any day after Even told by Walgreens twice come in Sunday to pick it up I even called before I went there but nope. Was pretty much spit on by Gregorian calendar Karen. Had go dr today for emergency script which was filled but oh no not monthly script. Regular pharmacist there today and dr would have to call in to release monthly one - said my condition doesnt verify an increase unreal. May be out again come Thursday. This script for 3 days. Obvi pharmacy wants be dr.

Already sent 2-emails, no response 1st 3weeks ago, you would have expected to hear back by now. Apparently they do not value their customers or devices provided.
