ARRIVED 10 A.M. GET PRESCRIPTION. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN STORE OR IN DRIVE THRU. WAITED 15 MINUTES. CASHIER,,PHARMACIST,MANAGER STOOD THERE, BUT NOT A WORD OF HELPING ME !! NOT EVEN "WILL BE WITH YOU IN FEW MINUTES. I HAD TO GO UP FRONT, GET CASHIER TO CALL Manager on PA SYSTEM TO GET MANAGER COME OUT, BUT SHE DIDNT UNTIL CUSTOMER CAME THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU, THEN CASHIER CAME OVER. TRIED TO GO WEBSITE, NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT COMPLAINT. CALLED 800 NUMBER did not RETURN MY CALLS BUT ASSURED ME THEY WOULD. NEVER DID. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER 100 YEARS BEING IN BUSINESS!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT GO BACK!!!

Walgreens was founded in 1901, so Walgreens has been in business Over 100 years.

Walgreens in Chattanooga, Tennessee - Dangerous

My husband and myself had used Walgreens (Hwy. 153 Hixson, TN) for years until both of us received someone elses rx on 2 different occasions. Had our info on the printouts and on the bottles but was a med for cardiac conditions of which we dont have a problem with. I know it wasn't just a problem with us....a lady called me to say she had rec.my husbands meds by mistake....and one printout had his info on it. I do not like waiting 30 min or longer at drive thru to get meds. I changed pharmacys and have not had one error in meds since. Walgreens has too many stores....like Walmart...no excuses for these mistakes.....too greedy. Will never use a Walgreens again.

Walgreens needs to be investigated by the FDA. They are constantly cheating old people out of medication by changing a 30 day prescription to 37 days without doctors permission leaving their customers 7 days short.

This is endangering the health if many of the older customers. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed.

This is the new thing to intimidate customers who smoke or buy liquor, etc. Best to not shop at these places.

Management is also afraid of selling these age-limited products to a minor and getting caught---thus the stupidity of "carding" granny or gramps because their employees can't figure out they should ask for ID for people who don't look 18 or 21.

Walgreen's is apparently going one step further and demanding a copy of your driver's license----rather dangerous, wouldn't you think? But, apparently Walgreen cares little for your privacy and risk of stolen identification.

Walgreens in Las Vegas, Nevada - Awful manager

The manager of the store in North Las Vegas Nevada on Bonanza and Lamb is the worst excuse for s human being. Michelle Scholz had been seen reprimanding her "leaders", she blatantly ignores costumes and her associates. She actually pretended not to her her associate who is a "ASMT" (whatever that is) as he requested to be relieved from the cash register duties so he could use the restroom. I cannot believe you have such ignorance running your stores. Walgreens you should be ashamed.

Today, after being called by the pharmacy that my prescription was ready I went to pick up the medicine only to be told by the same young Oriental or Chinese employee with whom I have had a problem before that the prescription was not ready. When can you have it ready? 50 minutes. This is the last straw. I will take all my prescriptions out of Walgreens. If he had told me 15 minutes I would have understood that problems happen, but it was raining and there was nobody at the store. Pure laziness, negligence, and lack of concern for the customer.
