Ive got to use your pharmacy because of my insurance. Im going to call Tuttles in Santa Rosa and pay the 20% of the Rx versus 2.00 from you. If its important they deliver the same day. Ive called 5 times because the Walgreens App evidentially isnt working!!! My rxs were called in 5 days ago and werent ready when I called yesterday. My 87 yr old husband has been sick for 5 days and cant pick up my rxs, Im totally out ov my antidepressants. Two of them. Im out of my nerve pain meds. Im now calling my insurance company to make a second complaint! Susan Daley 188 Mosshill Ct Santa Rosa, CA95409 801-866-****

Drive thru line

I went to pick up a prescription for husband. Got behind a SUV with 4/5 kids, they were there for Covid rapid test. No way to get out of line, so sat in car for 20/25 minutes while the mother(?) did the tests & sent back inside. After I got to window, had to wait while pharmacy person sanitized everything. Why cant they pull to the parking lot & then get back in line.

Treatment at Walgreens 2931 S Fish Hatchery Rd, Fitchburg, WI

After this incident, I contracted both corporate customer support and the store manager about this. Here is what happened and the complaint I sent Walgreens.

Both sent me one, form email and then never responded again. I understand the staffing issues everybody has, and the stress that has been created with many in all walks of life. The level of customer service in almost every company has declined in the past year. because of the stress and workload involved.

It is something we all have to deal with routinely.

As a very long time customer of this location both for the Pharmacy and other items, and in general the level of service has usually been quite good, but declining in the past few years. We would fill all our scripts there, and my family and I would shop for many things 3 to 5 times a week. In fact I have a Walgreens credit card. Never in the past have I felt unwelcome in the store, or felt our business was an imposition rather than something desired.

In this case, we were there to pick up 4 prescriptions, make a return (for the first time ever) and grab some snacks for the teenagers between after school events.

I left without the prescriptions, without making the return, without the snacks, and frankly, feeling physically threatened as well as challenged in general overall.

The "assistant Manager" they called out, Liam, to handle the return at the photo area was the most rude human I have encountered in years.

Two of the items being returned had a receipt, one did not. He literally said he would do me the favor of doing the return on two of the items, but stated, "I'm not returning that." as he pointed to the third item. (note, the combined value of all three items was less the $20) I asked way, and he stated "because I don't want to" Asking for a reason, he indicated it's his choice and he just was not going to do it. As if he was daring me to respond in any way.

There was no thought of service in his mind. I was totally an issue for him, not a customer, of no value and someone to be pushed aside as fast as possible.

The people behind me were just shaking their heads in disbelief as well. As he stalked off, after refusing to do any part of the return, his coworker said he is not normally like that, but when I attempted to ask if there was something that set him off, she also said she did not feel comfortable continuing and that I could talk to the manager in the morning.

I am perplexed by both the employees' attitudes to be honest. I'm a 67 year old Doctor, was dressed in a suit, and not thought of as demanding or out of control in any way.

But I am also never intimidated and will never stand for being treated as poorly as I was particularly when it was obvious that he was trying to physically intimidate/threaten me as well.

I asked to talk to the manager, and his response was an angry I could not, because the "manager had left".

Again, staffing is an issue everywhere. But it's time to take a stand and not accept the treatment that is being handed up to us by companies making billions on us yearly.R

Not concerned with covid safety

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Went in Walgreens at 1861 Remount Rd N. Chas SC.

No hand sanitiser, both stations were empty. My wife is a kidney transplant recipient with a compromised immune system. Whene I asked about had sanitiser I was ignored by employee named London. so i told my wife I guess Ill go and get some oof the aisle.

Thats when London exploded with aggression and said Hand sanitiser was behind the counter. I said ok. Then she jsut stood there. I said well do you want me to go behind the counter and get it myself?

She became loud and aggressive. When I responded accordingly, another employee interjected with the same accusatory aggression. After a back and forth, giving her the same respect I was receiving , I was asked to leave. I did.

Wont be back. CVS is across the street/ Moved all of my wifes prescriptions to the other drug store.

Rude and lack of customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I waited for over 40 minutes on the phone for the pharmacy to make a COVID-19 vaccine appointment and after waiting all of that time, the clerk came on at 7:05 p.m. and said sorry, but the pharmacy is closed. I told her that I have been waiting for over 40 minutes, and she said sorry, but there is nothing that I can do and with a negative tone. In other words, shame on me for calling to make a Covid-19 test. Rude, rude, not only today but in the past I have had issues with other representatives. I have had other issues with this Walgreens, particularly the pharmacy department, but I will not elaborate on that since I am talking about an isolated incident that occurred today. At

Can’t get appointment for COVID test

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Filled out questionnaire about 4 times in the last 2 days. My doctors office does not do the COVID test. My work wanted me tested same day/ immediately. Also, needed test for someone exposed with no health insurance. Was told Walgreens was fastest best option. Could not get any confirmation for an appointment. No one available to speak to as if nothing can go wrong just inputting info on a website.

Bad customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
On 10/13/21, I responded to the store about 3:20 pm @ 13307 New Hampshire ave. to get medication. young lady couldn't locate it. She discussed that issue with a colleague, but never came back to the counter to explain it to me. The customer behind me became agitated &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; began banging on the plexiglass. He wanted her to open a second register. Instead of asking him to wait his turn or get assistance from a co-worker, she waited on him before finishing with me first. I kindly walked away after seeing that my business there wasn't important at all. It's a wonderful thing that there other pharmacy type businesses to get my prescriptions to in the future. A shame that I need to conduct business 4 miles away from my neighborhood, but it beats poor service. CVS, here I come.

What does Walgreens consider a month concerning script refills? Does 4 weeks = 28 days? Or is a month the number of days in that given month? There has to be a concrete company policy in place.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
No one at Walgreens corporate would tell me what their company policy is concerning script refills. Is it 4weeks a month x 7days which equals 28 days. Or is it 29, 30 or 31 days depending which calendar month it is?
