I submitted a complaint by email since the online form is NOT working either. Was given the wrong email address, but it seems to be a symptom of bad customer service I experience in the actual store too.
I cannot get the cosmetics I need because nobody re-stocks the shelves??! Only the more expensive items/name brands are found, but not the valued name brands for Women of Color. Brands like B & B, or Black Opal, Black Radiance, and even other brands like Wet & Wild, L.A. Colors, NYC, or Milani are not being re-stocked on a regular basis.
I have to go to CVS or Walmart now, and will not be wasting my time at Walgreens. My green money will be welcomed at these stores I am sure.
