You all had a wonderful automated prescription system, and about 2/3 weeks ago it was changed. I have had this new automated voice make errors a couple of times and there is no way to communicate with "the voice" so I have to recall to have someone from the pharmacy straighten the order out. This is a waste of their time and my time.The pharmacy tech told me I wasn't the only one complaining. This is extremely annoying, and I hope you will fix it--a good solution would be to go back to the old voice and format. I use the Walgreens at Beville and Clyde Morris in Daytona Beach, Fl. Would love a response...
