went to same walgreen I have gone to for the past four years to purchase gift cards for my children. picked up the visa cards for 20-500 as always.

And even though I have purchased these cards before, no matter the amount, as long as it did not exceed 500 per card, I was told the amount on 2 cards could not exceed 500. wtf, when did the rules change? Or is it just this manager? So I guess if I buy 4 gift cards the manager can say I can only put 125 per card?

Someone needs to come up with an answer. I can read and speak English, therefore I can read a limit on a gift card.

I am more than willing after the chicken manager would not talk to me and give an explanation but sent a 18 year old girl to do his job to switch to any number of competitors that accept my company insurance. I expect an answer , and if not, good riddance.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Location: Memphis, Tennessee
