OMG I CANNOT BELIEVE A COMPANY WOULD HIRE SUCH A OBNOXIOUS, LOUD MOUTH,CASHIER. THE WOMAN GREETS PEOPLE UNPROFESSIONAL, WAY OF GORGEOUS OR HANDSOME. TALKS ABOUT PERSONAL BUSINESS WHEN ITS NOT APPROPRIATE, BELLERS OVER THE PA SYSTEM PAGING.GOSSIPS ABOUT STAFF,AND OTHER CUSTOMERS WHEN THINGS NEED TO BE KEPT PROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS WOMAN.STORE MANAGER WILL NOT. SHE SAYS SHE GETS GOOD REVIEWS. I BET SHES HAVING OTHERS OR HERSELF WRITTING THEM. SHE NEEDS TO HE FIRED!

Not so much the cashier but the bad customer service when I waited in line for over 10 minutes I told the cashier u need more help and she ignored me and I waited another 10 minutes. Then when u got up to counter I told her I waited a long time and that she should of called manager when I asked for u to get help , it's just very bad customer service if they r trying to make money in that horrible store

Argumentative staff including store manager at estero Florida location last night was dispicable. Underqualified and undertrained to deal with public and should not be representing Walgreens or any store that takes pride in their customer service. In front of children and customers store manager argued with a customer that simply was trying to reason with the manager as to find an answer and resolve as to an error or receipt. Manager was rude, disruptive and yelling at the customer with her daughter standing next to her. He jumped over the counter inches away from the customer, butted in between two other customers and demanded the cashier across the way call 911. 911 really? This manager named "John" should have had 911 called on him and taken away in a straight jacket! Upon our exit clearly not being able to check out, I made a comment to my husband how that manager seemed as if he was under the influence of something and a woman outside overheard me stating this she also Had an issue with the same manager. Apparently he yelled at her husband and swore at him because of his parking. I'm no expert but the parking seemed fine with me. Either way, there's no excuse for swearing at a customer or treating paying customers with such disrespect. This manager "John" at the Estero, Florida location should be fired immediately.

One person in a multi-billion dollar company, with thousands of employees, hurt my feelers. This is my first time ever dealing with someone disrespectful in a retail environment. BOO HOO, that single experience has completely ruined me, I will never go to one of the other 8000 locations.

I needed passport photo on my lunch break ,only 1 person supposedly could do it they were on break. I waited 10 minutes then I asked what was going on they called the lady still did not come and the the guy that was greeting at the door comes to take my pic and he said he is the only one that knows how to do this. After 25 minutes they tell me it will take 25 minutes to print. The manager was acting as cashier I waited to complain because she could have stepped in if people were at break. I was mAd and felt something should be said. I was not rude and never cursed her she told me I was rude and to just leave. A big black guy starts yelling get out and that they don't need me being rude to them. I never spoke to him and I was not yelling. I got really mad and went back to photo shop to cancel my order and left.

I am not sure if the problem is solved or not. I have not been back into Walgreens since that last day of rudeness.

If he is still working there I will not go in there and neither will my family or friends. We are all waiting to find out when his last day working at that store will be.

If not then we will not be back. When you inform me that he is gone then I will continue shopping there.

I went to the Walgreens in Chula Vista, CA store #02623, and purchased three items that were on 'sale'. I did notice, and called it to the managers attention that the products were expired nearly two months ago, as could be many other products elsewhere in the store....

Reality check here....The reason the receipt was ripped up was because you left it there and that is what is to happen to it so someone else doesn't use it to steal items. You DO NOT sale expired items at a discount.

You need to be thankful that you got your money back. Come work at a retail store and you will understand that this happens. People are humans and things get missed. It also happens at CVS and every other store also.

Shut the store down by complaining about this? get a life and find something else to complain about.
