I have had lots of trouble just getting prescriptions filled by Walgreens. It's usually the story that my DR.

hasn't called it in, then I check back with the DR. office and they said they called it in 2 days ago. Back and forth. I have to call the DR.

over and the pharmacy. This has happened a number of times. They want to verify with my DR. Or they lie and say I have already picked it up.

Unbelievable...does every customer have this problem filling prescriptions??? How can they lie about this???

WALGREENS, MORGANTOWN, WV - INCOMPETENT AND RUDE PEOPLE WORK THERE.

This is regarding Walgreens Pharmacy at Chestnut Ridge Road in MORGANTOWN, WV. These people there are indifferent to customers - especially those with prescriptions to fill. They have an atitude that they are doing YOU a favor by allowing you to spend your money at their store for the "services" they "provide" there. Examples : They make errors on doctors prescriptions (with wrong refills) and then blame everyone else - it's not their error. Then they insist you call your doctor (on a week-end) and get new refills - despite showing them a copy of the orginal prescription. Then they ignore you. And they tell you that they don't care for YOUR attitute for your persistence. There are long waits to get your medications. They are not in too much of a hurry to serve you - so YOU wait. I don't know why people keep going there to get abused.

@medman prepare to be disappointed....no matter where you go it will be busy and there will be humans who make mistakes no matter how much you are paying. P.S.

It is not our job to get YOUR Ins info...it is YOUR job to know what ins you have, the correct numbers, and what they will cover.

Everyone has different ins groups and there is no way on the planet the techs could know specifics about YOUR plan. We are already callng hundreds of doctors and ins companies, typing, verifying, filling and double checking everything...and then checking again...a couple thousand times a day.....forget what I said...PLEASE go somewhere else we are too busy to deal with demanding ungrateful people

Walgreens is always slow and they do screw up rx's all the time. It is annoying.

I don't really care if everyone has a bad day and if everyone makes mistakes.

I also have options and can take my business wherever I choose and when I go into a pharmacy to get my medicine I understand that folks are busy and trying hard, but I pay good money to recieve the correct prescription and if they need to call my doctor and insurance company to get everything correct I expect that to be done as well in a reasonable amount of time. That is what I pay for.

Bad days, everyone has them, including you.

You know what waitresses do when they're

working? They intentionally avoid eye

contact until they are ready to serve you,

because with the customer to employee ratio,it's difficult to handle so many at

once and get everything right. It really

sounds like you need to go back to that pharmacy and get a chill pill. As for the rest of you, you all suck at sentence structure and grammar. Spelling is great, but only if you're using the right words in the right order in the first place.

Complaint against Walgreen at the corner of Dairy Ashford and Memorial Drive in Houston, Tx 77079. My 85 year old mother has been in waiting list for shingles vaccination, which Walgreens advertises even in TV trying to get people to get the vacc. from them. Last week...

The worst pharmacy. ..can't tell you how many times they have said there was no recorded message from the doctor on their voice mail leaving a prescription for a patient.

They obviously have very poor management at least for the past 4 years.

Won't even try to use them again. I feel really sorry for people that need them to do their job and can't get their medicine.

I see no point in contacting Walgreens's customer service department. After 20 years of calling and writing with complaints, I have yet to receive a response. Yesterday I signed into a take care clinic at 245pm. The monitor informed be that (1) the nurse...

Are the Qualifications to be Employed at the Walgreens Pharmacy are you have to be Rude and Nasty?

If my title (Are the Qualifications to be Employed at the Walgreens Pharmacy are you have to be Rude and Nasty?) The answer is YES. I have tried different pharmacys but for some reason the Walgreen employees are the nastiest pharmacists and front desk employees I have ever dealt with in my life. Why is that? I truly mean why is that? I sit and ponder the rational of my own question and come up with nothing. Does the Walgreens Corporation review this site? Do they even care how much their employees effect their customers or even us as people? It's funny how customer service works. How much a simple extra pleasant gesture can make from one person to another. What a change in a person's day these nasty employees can make if they just took a mere second to treat the customer with kindness and helpfullness. That one second of effort? Is that really take that much time?

Sorry to hear your experience. We have three Walgreens here in Yakima, Washington, and I shop them all the time, but I have never had to deal with employees less than courteous and helpful.

However it's at Wal-MART I usually run into the real "winners" for rude employees. LOL

Walgreens Home Care is HORRIBLE

Walgreens Home care is a NIGHTMARE and continues to bill my insurance 120 days after the rental equipment has been satisfied. Walgreens is clueless, state they will fix billing, acknowledge the problem and do nothing but bill again and keep the problem front and center! Heck the equipment is not even that great either. This is our second CPAP since the first one broke and they did the same billing errors with the first. The turn over within Walgreens is unreal, probably due to the restructure nightmare. When you speak to one employee and Walgreens bills u again, you call and that employee is no longer there and you have to go through the nightmare again. Now Walgreens will be outsourcing to India and Philippines and clearly they can't get the accounting straight in the states let alone outside the country. Plus all the American Workers they lay off too. I strongly urge anyone needing medical equipment to check out other providers before engaging in the Walgreen's fiasco. Heck one does not feel well requiring the need for medical equipment and then you have to hassle with the gross incompetence of Walgreens and rude customer service. I am seriously considering reporting them to the BBB.
