Walgreens - Terrible pharmacy experience

We had terrible service at the south cobb branch in smyrna. My husband stopped by to ask for help taking his blood pressure - the answer from Jennifer Thomason, was they don’t offer that service. She was too busy chatting with her colleague to care!!! We asked for a manager, filled out a complaint firm and are still waiting for a response.

If you are in severe pain even after they treat you like a criminal!It's horrific! Even if you are taking LESS than prescribed they call the doctor and lie claiming it's being "abused." It's nuts.That's what a sick power trip they're on!

They do the same thing to me. I am telling everyone I know not to go there.

They won’t fill medication today one day early because there are only 28 days in feb. their pharmists are on a power trip because they can.

They decide if you get medication not your doctor. When did they get their medical degrees

Really! Of course people get tired after working all day.

Why shouldn't they be able to look forward to going home or taking a break after dealing with people like you all day long. The Pharmacy area is always very busy and stressful--you should try it sometime.

Walgreens - Rude pharmacy staff

Kim had such a rude and arrogant way of addressing me as a cusomer. First of all, I have been coming to the 77069 Walgreens for vaccination for myself and my children many times. I would fall in line under” consultation” because I am thinking that “drop off and pick up” line is for prescriptions, but I would always be entertained under consultation without problems. Today, I did what I did before waiting under consultation to get a vaccine for my daughter. At first , we were standing on the black line on the floor waiting to be called. After a while, when nobody bothered to ask us, eventhough thay have been seeing us standing there, we moved to the front . That is the time I was asked what I needed by Miss RUDE KIM. She said we have to fall in line on the other side but I told her if we do that we would have lost our turn bec there other people who were in line eventhough we came there first. And that we have gotten vaccines here before and was never told that we have been going under the wrong line. But Rude Kim gave us attitude and will not hear our side but just keep going back with “you need to fall in line on the other side”. Treating me like I am a small child. She kept answering back until some other staff tell her to quit it. They should have been consistent with the lines bec I came back to pick up a prescription and they were helping someone on that same line I was on earlier (under consultation) about getting a flu and hepatitis b vaccine!! What the heck!
