I worked there in their call center in miami, there is a patient call to curse ,being discreminated,and i got fired because they said i did not have a good tone and inflection.On top of that i did not get pay for my vacation.I am wondering what they mean by tone and inflection .I was a top player ,always met performance,having good adherence,but it happened that they said that I am going to school and i will not stay longer with them after graduated so they had to find a way to fire me.So they set up someone to call ,it was not a regular patient that was calling.How I know,my call came to a different code from what I had.It is so unfair,but God will handle that for me.
