I am so utterly disappointed and disgusted with Walgreens. I got out of the hospital for a blood clot and your lacrosse location did not give me all of my medications.

I am now in Winona unable to get to lacrosse.

Not only am I terrified for my health but I find it incredibly irresponsible that an associate dropped the ball on something that can kill me. I will NEVER be filling my prescriptions here EVER again.

Dramatic much? The Walgreens employee clearly made a mistake - since they are human, it happens.

What I'd like to know is if it was SO important, why the *** didn't you check before you left to make sure you got it all? Some of that responsbility lies with you.

It would take 5 seconds to go to Walgreens where you currently are (Winona) and ask them to have the scrip forwarded from Lacrosse and fill it. Done it a million times.
